The repairman arrived out on a Sunday and replaced our leaking water heater. They also sent out a water cleanup technician to check for damage to the walls/water or mold damage to the property. Luckily for me, I found the leak and the water was surface level/able to be dried. Both technicians were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. At this time I am satisfied with the work and would recommend them.

We had a blockage in our plumbing and it started to back up in the basement. I called Shaw Trenchless and they sent J.B. over within the hour. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He scoped our pipes to the house and to the main sewer line in a matter of minutes. He discovered a couple of root blockages and referred me to “The Drain Specialist” to have them removed. Then I took J.B.’s advice and called the Drain Specialist. They too responded within the next hour.
The technician cleaned the pipes to the house and to the sewer main within a few minutes. Very efficient, clean, and professional service. And on top of that, he only charged me for one hour of labor. What a surprise to deal with such a great local business. With everything else in the world going wrong, it is refreshing to know that there are honest, hardworking, fair businesses out there. No surprises, no broken promises, no shenanigans! This is the way businesses used to operate. I’m pleasantly surprised as well as fortunate, and you will be too, that The Drain Specialist does business the “Old School” way…with a look in the eye, a firm handshake, and their word as their bond! I highly recommend them for any sewer line issues you find yourself dealing with!

Chris was very responsive on the phone when contacted about our needs. An appointment was scheduled and the technician arrived on time. All work was done quickly and done well! We will contact Deal’s Plumbing for future needs and recommend them as well.

Replaced water heater. Had an issue with it due to the manufacturer not the install. They immediately came out and fixed the problem. I always get a call back in a timely manner. Very happy with their service.

We had The Plumber install everything in our new build home. Father and son team were amazing to work with from picking out items to making sure everything was installed with no issues. Customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. I have been trying for two and a half weeks just to get someone to return my call to arrange for some work. After repeated calls with no success I moved on.

Called about charging me $300.00 for cutting 3 hole in the sheet rock and putting two register up. Receptionists told me she would check and see if I was over charged and get back to me . Two week later and never called .

Roger was very courteous, and informative. Unfortunately the problem was not solvable today.

Awesome to work with. Called around 9am in the morning had a new water heater installed and ready to go by midday. I'd highly recommend Reddick.

Our sink had been clogged for a few days and I had tried everything in my power to fix it myself (plunger, drain snake, etc), but nothing worked. After some sleuthing, Matt was able to diagnose the issue and used the Picote Miller cast iron resurfacer/boring machine to bore out the gunk in our cast iron pipe leading out to the sewer line. Problem fixed and he even threw in a free replacement trap for the sink! Prompt, professional, and friendly, The Drain Specialist-Bethany Repair Plumbing and Rooter provided us with a great customer experience.

We called John Henry do to a heat pump issue. The office assistant was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever spoken to. She listened to my concern and was able to schedule someone to come out promptly and when it fit into my schedule. This also gave me confidence in their future work.

The heating and air guy came out as schedule (and I appreciated seeing how far out he was to plan and be ready when he arrived). One here he was friendly, professional and helpful informing me in what I needed. I felt like he listens to my concern and he called his supervisor on the spot to ensure he was able to help with my unique debacle.

His initial visit gave me piece of mind in future services and I’m glad they will be back out to finish working on my unit soon!

Complete waste of my time! I submitted a request through our Home Warranty to come inspect the water heater because we had no hot water. They were very responsive and came to look at it that day and told me I needed a new water heater. Great! No complaints from my end. They collected a $100 service fee and told me they would set up everything with the home warranty and I should hear back from them in 3 days. After 5 days of nothing, I called our Home Warranty provider and asked if they would follow up with the request. They put in a ticket to follow up with JT & K Services every day until it was resolved. After zero response for 2 more weeks, I follow up again to see what the deal was. The Home Warranty company informed me they had called EVERY DAY to follow up with them. JT & K never answered the phone and never returned their phone call. Basically they avoided the Home Warranty company like the Black Plaque

I told the Home Warranty I wanted a new plumber. So we had to start the whole process again, ugh! Luckily the next plumbing company came out, did the inspection, ordered a new water heater and installed it in only 3 days. To recap, I wasted 3 weeks waiting for JT & K Services to come fix our water heater.

On a side note, JT & K Services told me what they recommended needed to be fixed when replacing the water heater (piping, fittings, vent, etc). I told the 2nd plumber what JT & K told me, and they said all of that was unnecessary and that JT & K was probably adding more work for themselves because it was a Home Warranty call.

Save yourself some time & frustration & walk away.

Had a wonderful experience with everyone that works here. We had some plumbing and sewage issues and it took a long time to figure out the problem. But they did an amazing job coming out and fixing it and a timely manner. Very respectful of our property. Can't thank them enough for doing such a wonderful job. Definitely will use them in the future and recommend 10 out of 10 that you do the same.
