Patriot Plumbing, Heating & AC

I have a home warranty, and Patriot was sent out for a drain issue. They came out once, but the issued was not completely corrected. I called them back, and I was honestly concerned we would have to pay the deductible again. However, they came right back out and it's now 2 weeks later and the repair is still holding up fine. They didn't charge me a dime for coming back, and they didn't grumble about it at all. I would recommend them.

Our technician was very unprofessional, kept slamming our doors, talking rudely and being inappropriate. Our water heater was being serviced under a warranty situation, but additional costs were not ever brought up until AFTER the new water heater was put in. Tech left a mess for us to clean up, even after my wife pointed it out to him--

Our home warranty company assigned Patriot to us for our pre-season check right before winter and they were super quick to set up an appointment time at their earliest open time. The tech was on time, super respectful of our home & pets, and showed up on time!

So glad it was an easy fix finding and repairing the leak that caused the water damage in our basement... Now I know why one of our clients recommended you to me for our other clients... Will defiantly be calling again for future work.

Good service for a fair price

Great communication, technicians, and friendly service. Fixed my instahot and replaced the water heater.

Our drain by our washer would backup every time the washer would empty out the water. We used our home warranty from AHS and they sent out a guy from Patriot Plumbing and he tried to snake the drain but it didn't work so we setup a new appointment with the same company but different guy. Robert was the new guy and he was fantastic!! He was able fix our issue and he was great to work with!! Would recommend Robert every time!! Thanks again!!

Quick and Professional. I called them to give an estimate on a gas hookup to a range stove. They arrived the next day and completed the estimate on the spot. Painless. They scheduled the work for the same day and completed it quickly. He also helped my wife hook the stove up and test everything while I was at work. I would recommend their service to anyone and will be using their services in the future.

Havent had working plumbing for two weeks, hired them to replace a tap at the main (i specifically asked on the phone if they could dig and they said yes), install two clean outs, cable the line and run a camera. They came out a hour after they said they would be there, looked at stuff for almost 30 minutes and left because it was going to rain. 20 minutes later their boss calls and says sorry that pipes too low in the alley, you have to call someone else. I asked if he could at least install the two clean outs, cable and camera to maybe avoid fixing the main and he said yes. They came back the next day, dug, installed 1 clean out, and backfilled the pipe pushing it at a angle (not level) and left. Cable didnt come out for two days, hit dirt said you have to dig and duct taped the pipe closed. When asked about the bill, and work not done they offered to take $50 off......I hired a different plumbing company who had to take their work out to fix it properly. Felt like they didnt want to work with us the whole time and the plumbers were busy and had several other job to do. I was already being shoved off by 6 other plumbers who were too busy

I called my home warranty for an issue with my hot water heater. I could not be more pleased with Matt from patriot. He not only helped with the hot water heater but went above and beyond regarding a rusty cracked pipe! I would totally use Patriot again!

Water heater went south and we filed claim with home warranty service. Chris showed up on time, assessed the issue and decided a new water heater was needed. He went to work and only reason it was not done sooner was due to the new water heater needed to be delivered by another guy from the firm which took maybe half hour. He was in and out in less than two hours. Thanks.

Patriot has a great team in place, from scheduling to diagnoses and a awesome team that works to get the job done in a more than timely fashion! They came out diagnosed the leaking water heater and replaced it in less than 2 hours! If you have AHS I recommend this company hand down! Thanks again!

One day there was no heating to half of my house. Techs came out and closed some vents to try and force air over. That didn’t work and these techs just shrugged their shoulders and left. Patriot then still sends me a bill. For what?

Robert showed up early and with a amazing attitude. I took him to the issue and he showed me how I almost had if figured out myself. He had a big smile on his face and gave me a few laughs. He allowed me to watch him work. To try and learn how to resolve the issue myself in the future. I felt so great about his service. I had to call his manager and give him a HUGE shout out. Great people to work with

Toilet's been broken since Christmas, had an appointment set the weekend of New Year's, but since then have been given the runaround from pretty much everyone I talk to about our service. Landlord is having the same troubles as us. At this point, may as well just have someone else replace it, but apparently the service has already been paid for, so you think they'd want to render it.

Called Patriot to give us an estimate for new HVAC last week. Set up time between 1 & 3 yesterday, May 4,2021. No show, so at 3:30 I called to see what the problem was. Person answering phone said he would check and call back. It’s 6:30 pm on May 5th and haven’t heard a word!!

Every time we call they are so kind and fast and less expensive than other local competitors. We currently use them for both home and our small business. Highly recommend!

I believe the techs name was Matt, he is a fairly new employee. He was very informative and was able to find and fix the problem on my air-conditioner immediately. He went above and beyond to show me how to better maintain my air quality, explained what to look for if there was another problem and the importance of changing the filter on a regular basis. I was very impressed and want to give a big shout out to Patriot. Great hire!! I went from no cool air to cold air in minutes. Thank you

Our home warranty company sent Patriot out to us. We had never used them before, but they were AMAZING! They were on it right away, trying to send someone out as soon as possible, and communicating so well with us through the whole process. They were very kind and professional. We were pleasantly surprised, since we had not heard of them before! We will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to others!

We had a plumber check out our whirlpool tub today. He was very knowledgeable and nice. Provided affordable options to manage the problem. I appreciated the advice to try a simple fix. If a bigger problem presents itself, he gave us an idea of what that might entail.

I've had Patriot out several times. Their service is very reasonably priced and the highest quality. They have gone above and beyond my expectations and are always my first call.

The cast iron sewer main in our basement was cracked and leaking all over, Matt showed up, diagnosed the problem and got right to work getting us fixed and back to worry free living. Thank you for your hard work!

These gentlemen did a great job getting everything piped and installed in our new home. We had a tricky wall mounted sink in our powder bathroom that was giving them fits, but they worked hard and got it all figured out in short order. Some of the parts took a while to get, but they kept me informed on the delivery of those items and when they would be back out to get them installed.

I've used Patriot Plumbing on much larger jobs and they accel at both residential and large industrial projects alike.

Called about my needing to replace some facets. Evan took my call and was very courteous. Robert and Alan came out the next day in the time window I was provided and quickly got to work. They detailed what they were going to do before they did it and then gave me another rundown once they were completed. They were quick and professional. Highly recommend Patriot if these three are taking care of you.

Justin in a great tech for Patriot. I have a home warranty and they have come out on two different occasions to fix separate issues with my HVAC. Justin was my technician both times and he did an excellent job and did a great job explaining everything to me since I know nothing about HVACs. I liked them so much the first time I went through extra hoops to get them the second time with the home warranty and I'll get them on a maintenance plan as soon as my warranty expires.

My home warranty company referred me to Patriot for a kitchen sink issue. They were here within an hour of my call ( on a Monday morning) and fixed the issue very quickly and professionally. The plumber that they sent had great customer service skills as well and even cleaned the entire sink when done. Would highly recommend.

Extremely prompt service. They were called by our home warranty company and the entire experience - submitting the claim, hearing from Patriot, and fixing the water heater - was completed in less than 8 hours. It's always a gamble when you don't get to pick your service provider because of a warranty but I was very impressed and am VERY happy to have hot water again!

I remodel bathrooms and we use patriot to install the valves and drains for our shower systems and they do a great job. There’s been some challenging and not so fun jobs we’ve had and they have pulled through for us and I appreciate that.

The person I talked to said that someone would call on Monday. I stayed home to receive said call. After Noone called by late afternoon I called Roto Rooter. Before this total breakdown, I would have totally supported Patriot Plumbing, having had serious work done on a gas start fire log replacement. Have no idea what is going on.

The tech was very friendly to me and my 3 year old. One thing that stuck out for me is how he spoke to my daughter like she was a equal human being and not just another annoying kid. That ment alot to me and I know she appreciated that too. She's a good kid and understands what people are saying. Any company could've fixed my thermostat, but if I had to pick a complete stranger to come to my home and be around my kids while doing so I would pick the company that's shown me they employ techs with patience and respect toward myself and my family. I really appreciate the quality of service we received.

We had an amazing experience with Patriot Plumbing! Zach came out ahead of schedule when our AC was broken and not only fixed the issue in about 15 minutes, but took the time to explain to my husband what happened and how it all works together. Most people just come and go at their own leisure, but we could tell that they take their customer service very seriously and it meant a lot to us. Would definitely recommend this company!

These guys came out the day after I called them and took care of our plumbing request. Then, they called me to let me know I had over paid and wanted to refund me the difference. WOW!! This is the kind of customer service I love to get and find so rare these days.

Our shower was leaking into our basement. Patriot Plumbing, through AHS, sent out a technician the same day and he was able to fix the issue within a couple hours. Excellent service and quality. We will definitely use Patriot Plumbing again :)

Called about charging me $300.00 for cutting 3 hole in the sheet rock and putting two register up. Receptionists told me she would check and see if I was over charged and get back to me . Two week later and never called .

Brian came out and cleared my main drain. I got a same day apointment. Very professional. He explained the whole process to me. I will never use another plumber. Prices are reasonable.

Excellent company. We called on New Years Eve with a clogged sink and asked for an appointment not during emergency hours. 4 hours in to the next business day and around $100 later the pipe is cleared. Tyler showed up as expected, and did a great job.

Update to add We have had to call for services twice since my last review. The first time was to unclog the sewer main and we tried another company because a friend worked there. Long story short they didn't even have all the equipment to do what they needed to do but still charged us $300. Patriot came out the next day and charged the same amount but not only did they fix it they showed me a camera view of everything all the way out to the city line and one area that may need fixing in the future. We called them yesterday and set up an appointment today and in under 4 hours we had a toilet replaced and the bathtub/shower constant drip fixed for under $420...
These guys always show up on time and communicate with you before your appointment so you know exactly when they're going to get there, they are very nice, and professional, and they get the job done for a very reasonable price.

The company came out through a AHS home warranty request. The first time the plumber came we had three toilets that had problems. The plumber fixed one of them. I called them back to get someone to come back to fix the other two toilets. They kind of fixed one of them but the handle still jiggles in a weird way but the other toilet was still not properly working. I was told that the flushing mechanism on it was not good and the toilet was not a good brand of toilet. I asked if it could be repaired and I was told that I would need to get a new toilet. So he left and I called back again and they said they would send another guy out. When he came he refused to look at the toilet with the handle that jiggled and looked at the other toilet that was still not working correctly. He flushed it eight times and said he could not replicate the issue I was having. He put in a new valve gasket and left. While he was flushing the toilet he told me that a lot of their bad reviews on Google come from AHS customers who are not happy but they can't do anything about that because they are not paid for their labor, just parts, and they are not paid for the subsequent visits they have made, just the first one so they are just here to make me happy, and that AHS won't replace toilets if they suck down toilet paper. I have worked with AHS on other issues and they have been able to apply the cost of the parts to repair something to a new product, even if it doesn't cover the entire cost. It felt like he was trying to blame AHS for them not being able to properly repair the toilet and never even talked to me about what the cost would be if I wanted to cover the repair myself, just the cost of a new toilet. And the handle on my other toilet still jiggles and was never properly fixed. Outside of those things, even if they had done a good job on repairing the toilets I still would have given them a low star review because both plumbers smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. All three times the smell was apparent without having to be anywhere near them and it lingered after they left. I believe if someone is entering into my home to do work I should not have to suffer from their smelly habit.
