Jason (I think) came to repair a puzzle of a poorly installed Nest thermostat professionally installed. He was curious of the method and only the heat was hooked up and not the AC. He was confident that he could correct the mistake. It took some time and numerous trips from thermostat to basement to AC unit but he got it running after totally rewiring the thermostat. Very confident in his skills and a very pleasant representative of Harleys.

I had my ducts cleaned at my house, Justin was my technician he was extremely friendly and efficient. He explained the entire process to me! I felt great after he was done! He cleaned up his mess, closed all my windows and even turned my air back on. I would definitely recommend them! Amazing job Justin!!

The technician was professional and personable. The appointment was short and sweet.

Our heat went out in the middle of the night. We called Harley's first thing the next morning and they were there within the hour. We ended up needing a new system and they were able to get it and have it installed the next day. We have used Harley's since we bought our first house in 1996 and have had nothing but great service.

Harley's installed the HVAC equipment in my house ten years ago. They are excellent at understanding my system (and explaining it to me) and keeping it up through my maintenance agreement.

I pay for an annual HVAC service contract. I had an issue with my aprilaire humidifier, Even though I already had received my fall service I needed assistance with replacing a worn out filter assembly. A tech came by to inspect and replace the filter assembly and was done in 10 minutes. I wasn't charged for the service call which surprised me. I'm happy with the service and would recommend this provider.

The team at Harley's knows how to take care of their customers. Whether it's a scheduled call or an emergency Randy and the team has always been willing to make sure the system is running correctly and we are comfortable in our home. We chose correctly when we chose Harley's.

I always use the same company, same guy every year because he's thorough. And I intend to keep doing it.

Set up a service call in October been on their continued customer service plan for multiple years. Constantly having issues to get them to show on time and out for a regular service call. Be very careful.
My advice find a better priced servicing company.

Brian was notified today at 4 P.M. by your staff that I had a furnace blower that needed replacement. He showed at approximately 6 P.M. on a Friday. He had a replacement blower in his service vehicle and he had the job completed by 7:15 P.M. Outstanding response and good inventory on his service vehicle saved my day! Many thanks!

Considering nothing was really wrong, it was plenty pricey ($99+$99) -- to give it a check and reconditon certain aspects, the most important of which was a cleaning (also pulling out old misfitting filters jammed inside the filter space on the furnace, corrected me on filter size).

It dawns on me that I thought the deal wiith Home Depot included an annual inspection. Don't recall any. I will check with them.

The service man was fine. Courteous, personable, knowledgeable and willing to give me my money's worth within corporate restrictions.

On other appliances, Todd's has come out a few times to flip a reset switch or something minimal and charged nothing, so I swear by Todd's. As a senior on a fixed income, I may look around the next time I need service.

They did a fantastic job. Reasonably priced, friendly, and came at the last minute on a Saturday. Thank you for fixing our AC so we can keep our little ones cool in this heat.

The guys put in a new Rheem 9 yr water heater to replace our 20 yr old heater. They were on time, clean, aware that I worked from home so they told me when it was going to get noisy, etc. Explained everything they were doing and about how the new water heater worked, and the control box that is on the newer models that my old one didnt have. Cleaned up afterwards and were on their way. Start to finish about 2 hours, though your mileage may vary a bit depending on the layout of your house and what you have done.

I like this company call them when I need. Heating plumbing ans A,/C Problems. There always very nice and helpful.

Harley's was awesome. They came out within an hour of when I called when my furnace wouldn't start on the coldest day of the year. Eric actually figured out the true problem and fixed it, after another company had incorrectly solved the problem and convinced me to buy a new control board that turned out to be unnecessary.

I returned from vacation on sun pm to find my a/c was out. I contacted Harley’s on mon am for a diagnostic; they came out Tuesday afternoon and told me I needed a new unit. The owner came & met with me Tuesday pm to go replacement options & costs. We’d my new a/c unit was installed by very nice and knowledgeable employees-especially enjoyed working with Eric. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing assistance.

I've used Harley's for a few years with their yearly service agreement where you pay for both inspections (ac and heater) at one time and then if there are issues throughout the year the service calls are free and you just have to pay for parts. I called this past Friday night at 10pm when I tried to start my heater for the first time this fall and it wasn't working. They were out Saturday morning by 9:30am to get it going at no extra cost! Knowledgeable, professional, reasonable.....I love Harleys!!!

I absolutely love the staff at Harley's Heating & Air! They are all very helpful and truly care. Our dryer wasn't completely drying our clothes. The appliance dealer suggested that we have our dryer vent cleaned. I called Harley's and Rick suggested that we have our duct vent to the dryer cleaned. The technicians were on time, very personal. They ended up taking out FIVE gallons of lint. Potential fire hazard. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I will definitely be calling them again and suggesting them to my friends!

I called Harley's up to get a cleaning of my dryer vent. They quoted me and it was very reasonable, if not cheaper, than everybody else that I spoke with. Eric S. showed up on time (a little early which I always appreciate) and was very friendly and professional. He did the job in about 45 minutes and told me everything that he did as well as cleaned up the area completely. I will definitely use this company next time I need to get the dryer cleaned out. Highly recommend!

Harley's heating and cooling staff assisted me in a time of crisis when my complete heating and cooling system had a catastrophic failure resulting in the need to have it replaced completely at the least opportunistic time. The assistance in getting the financing worked out and selecting the best priced and yet correct system for my home was instrumental in providing be piece of mind that my home would be cooled and heated reliably. Definitely the right company to use in this situation. There installation staff are very professional and proficient, they where able to install a complete heating and cooling system in one day, which required so reworking of duct work and ventilation in a home that is 120 years old, and not originally designed for such a system.
They will be who i recommend you call.
Once again excellence service, chevkedceverytbjng and advised things to improve performance and address my concerns over humidity levels. I have plan oil to keep my system running for years to come

I was looking for an estimate on a new furnace and I will say that Bryan was very professional and shared a lot of information on different types of furnaces. It's also nice that they do provide financing.

I had Nelson, Eric, and Trevor out for a duct cleaning, HVAC replacement, and water heater replacement. They were the most professional technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with, with perfect communication and reliability over the course of several weeks getting everything set up and once the time came for install, they were in and out in less than 12 hours having replaced my entire system. The prices were fantastic, the experience better, and I will absolutely be returning to Harley's for any future needs, as well as recommending them to all my friends.

I did not use their service because I received a quote for $260 less for the same product and service. However, they were courteous and professional over the telephone and had they given me the price over the phone, I would have impulsively made the purchase because I had an actively leaking water heater. Emailing the quote is fine, but if you would like to increase sales you could quote prices verbally.

Furnace was blowing cold air on occasion. Very easy to sign up for a time on their website. Pricing was mostly clear. Great communication about arrival times! HVAC pro was on time, clean and neat. They let me know about the general state of affairs of my heater, made my options very clear, was not pushy at all.

All in all a great experience, and I look forward to calling them for my summer maintenance!

The gentleman that serviced our Heating and A/C systems are always kind and professional.

They responded quickly and had very fair prices. They did good work and were very thorough in explaining what they did and would be doing to follow up.

My AC unit outside broke so I called around. One place didn't call me back, another couldn't get out for a couple days. Eric, with Harley's came out the day I called and he couldn't have been better to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing and pleasant the entire time. The diagnosis was thorough and honest and he presented several options including both repair and replace.

We went with the repair option, which usually leads to less attention from the business as they don't make as much money. With Harley's that did not happen. Blake came out the next day to make the repair and was a complete pleasure to deal with. He ran into a problem with my 26-year old unit and ended up needing to replace the fan blade as well. The part was in Omaha and I immediately thought great, probably won't see him for another week because that's generally how those things go. But, Blake was back the very next morning and had us up and running in about 30 minutes. Even knocked off $150 because he ended up not needing to do something that was quoted (HONESTY!!!). Seriously a great outfit and the only call I will make with any future work!

Eric responded quickly after hours, and did his diagnostic, then quickly found the issue. Wiring was damaged and he lined up the electrician who was there the next morning to repair the issue.

Helpful, informative, professional and ultimately the problem got resolved in a timely manner for a fair price.

Our outside until stopped running but the inside unit was still running and it was 87° in our house and the thermostat was set at 68°. It was going to be hot all week and we have 6 kids ages 6 and under so having ac a necessity. I called the company who serviced the ac before we bought our house a year ago. They couldn't come for a few days. I called around and no one could come within a few days. I called Harley's and they were literally like 5 minutes away. This was also after 7pm in the evening. The technician, which I did not have his name because my husband was outside when he arrived had our problem diagnosed and started working to fix the problem. We were so low on freon it had shut off our outside unit. Price wasdwas very reasonable as we. I will be using them from now on. I would recommend them as well.
