Freddy is a fantastic guy, and he does phenomenal work!

They tried to clear the drain but said their machine broke midway and left. FOUR days later now still haven’t heard back and we contacted another agency - (Joe Tidball has been very helpful & highly recommended and charged about $100 less.) Almost a whole week now of basically not being able to use our home. Tree roots happen like this every year but this one so far has been the biggest waste of time. The guy we talked to initially was sort of kind but the workers left with job incomplete now Freddy’s never called us back. Very unfortunate communication.

They hooked up a new water line for the refrigerator. They were on time, and came within a few days of initial call. The had great customer service, and made sure it was working before they left. The price was fair, and close to the estimate.

An amazing experience and very knowledgeable. We have so much coming up and their team was able to get us in quickly and were extremely affordable. We will be using them again and recommending to our family and friends!

These guys are awesome! They are there every time I need them. Super friendly and their work is impeccable. Must send a huge shout out to the two gentlemen that were sent out to my house. There were on time and worked as a team to accomplish the task at hand in a clean, quick manner and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I really don't need. I am super pleased with Fast Freddy's!

Called to have an estimate for a repair done, he came out and just talked about how he learned everything from his dad. Barely looked at the area needing repaired and said he'd either call or email me with the details. I waited 3 days; nothing. So I gave him a call, and he said he'd text me later that day. He did not. So I called the next morning, and my phone number had been blocked. I called another company.

This was by far, one of the worst customer service businesses i have ever tried to work with. After my initial consultation, and subsequent sewer line inspection, I was charged double what I was told, and then communications with the owner basically came to a complete halt, for the next few weeks.
Only after I filed a complaint with the BBB, did the owner resume communication with me, only to come across very rude, and unprofessional.
In the end, I chose to discontinue trying to work with this business, and move on to other contractors who were much friendlier, and attentive to my needs.

You told me a camera inspection was $200... there was no mention of an hourly rate. This price of $200 flat rate is fairly consistent among most local plumbing companies. The amount of time your 2-person team took was mostly their doing; they arrived late, they didn't bring the equipment needed, and had to leave and drive all the way across town to get the missing equipment, leaving my sewer line open for nearly 5 hours that day. I had another contractor do the exact same camera inspection in under 40 minutes total time and they charged me less. It seems you are making up reasons to charge me extra, because you lost part of your camera in my sewer line, and you sent a crew where only 1 of the guys knew what he was doing... the other kid had absolutely no knowledge of plumbing... it was mostly like his first on the job training day.

After the camera inspection day, you never responded to any of my text for 3 weeks, until I filed a complaint with the BBB, did you finally opt to address me for a quote.

They showed up on time and were very efficient installing the water heater. Very personable and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Freddy’s staff was on time and courteous. They did a great job and got our kitchen sink unclogged. I also appreciate how quickly Freddy responded to my call.

Freddy provided wonderful service. He came shortly after I called to assess the problem and plan how to fix our leaking water valve. The next morning he was here right on schedule and fixed our leak. He is a nice guy and worked hard to fix our problem. I would highly recommend him.

Alfredo worked very diligently to solve our problem with a blocked drain.

The technician was very professional and friendly. The work was done quickly. I was able to get an appointment that worked around my schedule.

We were in the process of a kitchen remodel but couldn’t get kitchen shutoff valves to work. Freddy’s came out within 24 hours and put new ones in for me. Now we’re able to complete kitchen remodel tomorrow on time. Also very reasonable prices. Great customer service and support. I will definitely hire them again. Thank you guys!

I highly recommend Fast Freddy's! They are a friendly, reliable, professional company. I called with an issue and they were there bright and early the next morning. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Replaced a water softener. Very respectful of our home and knowledgeable on water quality.

Will charge you for a quote. Make clear with them ahead of time that you do not want to pay for a quote. They didn't even give me a quote but they still sent me an invoice. Oh,and he showed up an hour earlier than they said he would, then wortein the notes that he had to wait an hour for the owner. Also, they will not contact you on the phone, only text. And they will continue to send you text invoices, 3x a day.

It's company was quick and the only company in town that was actually willing to work. Everyone else said they can't help me or won't. Allen showed up on time, gave an accurate quote, got the job done and left no mess. I'm happy and will use again in the future.

Update: I DID use their services again, and once again blew the competition away. All other plumbers in town I called were being almost disrespectful with their quotes of $3500-4200 for a simple job of installing a shower pan/drain and moving a shower head/control valve. Allen did it for a reasonable price and without making me wait for weeks once again.

Update 2: Used again for water heater replacement, was responsive/quick service and Freddy was great for coordinating, but their new plumber didn't seem very competent. Forgot to turn off the gas before he cut the gas line valve off, forgot to turn off the water before cutting the water line open which sprayed water all over the place, couldn't locate water shut-off valve or how to use it (it had a huge tag on it saying water shut off), didn't drain tank before starting job making, and over all did not know the process/made 25 trips to the truck and left parts he needed on old water heater so had to get that from a supplier doubling the job length. Aside from that fiasco job got done and looks good after guidance from our property manager, just didn't seem like this person knew what they were doing. He claimed it'd be a 40 min job took 2 hours in the end. Hoping we're not charged all that labor, we'll see.

I Called early received 2 quotes over the phone ( water heater size)and had it completed within a few hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We appreciate the good service.

I HAVE TO GIVE AL FROM FAST FREDDY'S PLUMBING A HUGE SHOUT OUT!!!

Today I had to have my sewer lines replaced from the house to the main. I was told I would be without water and a toilet for 2 days. Al knew I am stuck at home with covid and stayed until he got my water and toilet going again.... even in this crazy weather we had yesterday. He left at 8p. I am so impressed with Al and appreciate him going the extra mile for me!!!

They have always been so nice and helpful with any problem we have arise. The gentleman that has come out to our place is very trustworthy and efficient as well as tidy. I often feel I have a lot of clean up after plumbers leave, and that's not the case with Fast Freddy's. I appreciate their professionalism and punctuality as well as how personable they are. Definitely recommend them !

It is hard to describe how satisfied I was with Fast Freddy's! I has an issue with drainage in our floor drain in the basement laundry room. After determining that it was beyond my capabilities I placed a call first thing the next morning! I had an appt made for a window between 1 and 3 and got a text saying that Alfredo Dominguez was on the way at 12:45! He was so awesome and incredible polite, informative, and went out of his way to clean some mess from the drain sludge that I feel was NOT his responsibility. 5 Stars all the way and I will recommend them again and they have gained my business for life! Thanks guys!!!

Fast Freddy’s Plumbing has helped us on numerous situations that were not simple fixes. They provided experienced recommendations to remedy emergency problems. They were able to come right away on a weekend to help fix a frozen pipe. They are a small crew, so on planned projects it may take a little while, but the quality is worth the wait! I recommend Freddy’s plumbing for any large or small project.

Why break the bank with John henry's? These guys are great

Allen was able to attend to a massive problem resulting from a faulty water softener. He made time to help me disconnect the bad one, clear pipes of the resin, and install a new one all within a week. This was not an expense we wanted right now, but it had to be done so I'm glad it was repaired and replaced by someone who was prompt, clean, and helpful all the way through the process.

Allen is an absolute honest person and a pleasure to work with. He gives it to you straight and goes out of his way to take great care of you. Even more important is his years of experience and his craftsmanship.

Freddy is all around a great, personable guy. As honest and reliable as they come!

I cannot get over how fast they got the repairs finished! They redid the drain line for my washing machine and fixed my kitchen faucet -- all in about 15 or 20 minutes! And I had same day service!
