If anyone has any flooding/drain problems in their home, give them a call! 2nd time I've had them out for flooding (different issues) and both times came out same day, fixed everything, and even cleaned and disinfected the flooded area after.

Needed a kitchen sink unplugged late on a Friday. Came out right away and did a very thorough and professional job. It saved me from a do-it-yourself mess followed by an after hours call to a plumber. That alone was worth the reasonable cost.

No job too big or too small. Before Matt leaves he has worked his way thru a list of my plumbing problems from major to caulking, draining hot water heater and made sure I can shut off the main valve in an emergency. I like doing business with folks like Matt and Michelle.

They showed up the same day that I called, and fixed my plumbing issue very quickly.

Our sink had been clogged for a few days and I had tried everything in my power to fix it myself (plunger, drain snake, etc), but nothing worked. After some sleuthing, Matt was able to diagnose the issue and used the Picote Miller cast iron resurfacer/boring machine to bore out the gunk in our cast iron pipe leading out to the sewer line. Problem fixed and he even threw in a free replacement trap for the sink!
