Elec water heater at home needed replacing. I looked online at plumbers & reviews of them. Reddick had good feedback from customers & I can add to that: I called early, Troy answered & promised to do the work that day. He updated at noon that he would arrive at 1:30pm. By 3pm I had hot water back w/new HWH. He also arranged the inspection by city for next morning. The inspector said “Yes, he does good work.” While I’m not thrilled to spend nearly $1k on anything, it had to be done and I think he charges a fair rate and made the repair as painless as possible.

Awesome to work with. Called around 9am in the morning had a new water heater installed and ready to go by midday. I'd highly recommend Reddick.
Troy helped us out quickly with a weekend emergency, and with very fair price. Used again with bathroom leak that my wife turned in bathroom remodel, Troy took care of all the new plumbing needs!!

I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they were very willing to help me with my issue in the coming days. I ended up trying to fix it myself and i was actually able to fix it on my own, but they were so nice to take my call on a Saturday and get me on the books so quickly that I had to leave a review. If I ever have a plumbing issue, this will be the first call I make!
