He was prompt in coming to clear a clogged sewer line for us. Was professional and quick with the job, yet took care and pride in his work and how he left our basement when done. Would recommend and call on Bigfoot again.

Called him for help with a chronic plugged shower drain and not only was he able to fix our plugged drain but he also noticed our faucet had a leak. He fixed this as well, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. I think it says a lot about a company when they go that extra mile to make sure the customer has a safe home.

Seann was very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Came out on Sunday at no extra charge to unclog a drain, replaced a drain pipe under the sink that was too short and checked for leaky fittings. Asked if there was anything else he could help with so I told about the toilet running every so often, within minutes he found the problem and fixed it with no extra charge. We agreed that the toilet was loose and probably leaking under the base so now he’s coming back Tuesday to pull and reseat it. Recommend him over the big names 1000%.

Had them out to cable a sewer drain that was backed into our basement. They were able to come out to my house the same day which was great. The guy who showed up was the owner and he did a great job! We will for sure call again for future drain cleaning when needed.

Called with a bathtub drain leaking into our basement. He was prompt, friendly and still professional. Best of all, he had our leak fixed faster than we expected, and his fee was very reasonable. Will definitely use Bigfoot Sewer and Drain again when needed!
