exceeded in drain cleaning. they did repair a bathroom sink faucet, but refused to replace the faucet. I rent, and my manage confirmed she did tell them I wanted to replace the sink faucet. so I give Simons 4 stars, rather than 5.

Own a 1916 home for 20 years in 1984-2004 and 1952 home with a craw space, Simmons always treated me great on these old homes. Not always easy work getting to the problem,

Excellent and prompt service! Night and day difference from our last plumber Patriot Plumbing and Heating. They were horrible. Do not use that company. They use cheap products and the serviceman was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Absolutely worst experience ever! Was told one time and when called to confirm was told maybe because I wasn't a big enough customer. Would not recommend to anyone based off of that experience alone

We've used Simmons several times. You can't beat their customer service, prices, and dependability. We continue to let everyone know that these are the plumbers we have come to trust to treat our home with love. They've even commended us for trying to do it ourselves, even though we needed professional help in the end! Very nice people.

Called them out of desperation with a simple clogged kitchen drain on a Thursday that I could not unclog myself. They said they'd show up the next day or possibly later that day, which sounded great. No call, No show, left me hanging completely for over a week, unable to use my sink. Not ok with me, if you cant show at least tell someone! Will never call or use them again or suggest this company.

Went with Matt's Plumbing instead. Actually showed up and fixed drain, simple fix in about 30 minutes, no fluff, the way a business SHOULD be run.

Not only were they able to resolve the issue after a week-long saga of plumbing nightmares that involved two different plumbing companies coming out to my apartment and leaving nothing but a huge mess, they were very professional, polite, and kept me in the loop. Before leaving, the gentleman walked me through the issue and the process to fixing it AND he cleaned up the mess. If I could give a ten star rating, I would.

When you want it done right this company is the real deal.

I’ve had a heck of a time trying to get my gas stove taken out and a new one put in its place. Simmons was the first company that was able to do this as well as at the cheapest rate I have found! The man who came was very kind and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Called and they were out within an hour. Sue in the office was very friendly and helpful and Bill was timely and very friendly as well. They quickly fixed our issue and the cost was extremely reasonable. We will call them again if we ever need a plumber in the future.

I own a house in Lincoln that I rent to tenants. I live several hours away. I'm always able to call Simmons and trust that the work will get done quickly and fairly. My house was built in the 1940's, and they're great at understanding the issues that comes along with that. They are usually available the same day that I call, are always polite and helpful, and their cost is fair and transparent!

We thought our water heater was going out, so we called right away on a Monday morning to have someone come out and check. A very polite and courteous young man was here within the hour and yes, we needed to replace it. He ordered one and it was delivered (the other men not coming in because of COVID-19--very thoughtful!) and installed! All done within two hours!! We were very pleased and will use them again with any plumbing needs!! Great job!

Called about a leaking water heater to ask a question, told Keith what the problem was, and after several minutes of conversation with him, he never bothered to ask if I wanted him to come out and look at the water heater. He said I never asked him, but then MOST plumbing companies would ASK if you wanted them to come out and inspect it. Needless to say he HUNG UP ON ME, which is completely unprofessional. I HAD planned on using his business, but not now.

I called this morning (Friday morning) expecting to setup an appointment for next week and they were out to my house within an hour or less. I was amazed. The service tech had great customer service and not only answered all my questions happily but engaged in conversation. You could tell he wasn't just doing another job but was happy with his job and what he did. Our problem was fixed quickly. I would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing sevices.

Very professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. I will be using them again when needed. Best part is they clean up after themselves.

We called to schedule an estimate for our super-slow hot water pipes in our 1950's house (pretty sure we know what the problem is, but we needed someone professional to eyeball it and let us know how much it would be to fix). A service rep came out a couple of days later, right on time, and was super friendly; he took a look and said he'd call later that day with an estimate to either install some new pipes or clear out our old ones.

And that's the last we heard from Simmons Plumbing.

We called them once a week for six weeks, asking if our estimate was ready. Each time, the receptionist said she'd track him down or look through the paperwork to find it and call us right back. NO ONE EVER CALLED US BACK. After six full weeks of begging to even HEAR our estimate, the receptionist finally told us, Oh, yeah, we actually can't give you an estimate for that job? We could only estimate parts and labor for you, so.... In other words, they took a look at our job, didn't want to do it, then ghosted us, hoping we'd go away. They never even wrote up an estimate in the first place, and simply avoided us when we asked about it. Very, very professional, guys.

This isn't 9th grade and we're not the nerdy girl asking the high school quarterback to the prom, Simmons: be forthright about what you can and cannot do, which will allow us to seek an estimate elsewhere. The lack of honesty and the ridiculous runaround we got from Simmons is unacceptable.

Fair prices and great service. I've been using Simmons for 10+ years and couldn't be more pleased with them.

My sink was basically not draining at all. I tried boiling water and forcing it through with the garbage disposal. This guy came in knowing exactly how to fix it so quickly with their experience and tools. I feel kind of embarrassed but hey, sometimes you need a professional.Super friendly people, reasonable price, and available rather quickly. Call John Henry's if want like 3x the price :O :O
