I called Mr. Rooter for an estimate for a battery back-up for my sump pump, turns out, I needed a new sump pump, which I had my suspicions. Ironically, I had my last sump pump installed 10 years to the day the new one is being installed. Anyway, Tristen B. is an excellent tech, he is polite, courteous and most importantly he knows what he is doing and does quality work! Dean came out and did a great job on my AC unit. It was leaking and they went above and beyond to unclog and clean the coils and even went and bought me a new filter. Pricing was better than I was expecting. Couldn’t be happier with them. He will definitely be my AC guy from now on. Also, they were very nice to my 4 year old son and that’s always a plus!

We had an emergency situation saturday afternoon. i immediately started googling plumbers and either got voicemail or was politely informed i wouldnt be able to be seen today. Mike answered immediately and had someone to my home within 2 hours. He walked me through shutting off the main water line (we were misinformed about which valve was the primary in our crawl space). All that to say I am very pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will be using again.
