I couldn't recommend unless you're desperate and no one else is available: No over the phone quotes, they'll send someone out who tries to sell you much more than you need done because they won't waste their time with small jobs, and the prices are egregious. You'll have a tech in your home that can do a job in 5 minutes holding you over the fire for an outrageous repair fee.

This company replaced our 14 year old furnace on 1/23/15. It was very cold and the furnace was not in good shape and needed repairs. Since having the new furnace installed our electric bill has also dropped. I am very happy with our purchase.

We have been Arronco customers for 30 years. We always purchase the yearly contract with them and today am I glad we do. We returned home from a weeks vacation to a hot stuffy house. Even though it is a Saturday afternoon, we called and left a message with the Arronco answering service. Within 15 minutes, we received a call from the technician, Shawn, who walked us through a restart of the system. When that failed to work, he was here within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. He was friendly, courteous and not the least put out that he was pulled away from his Saturday plans. No reservations in recommending the Kings Helper. They have done great work for us over the years and today showed up with very short notice to help resolve an emergency.

We had an emergency situation saturday afternoon. i immediately started googling plumbers and either got voicemail or was politely informed i wouldnt be able to be seen today. Mike answered immediately and had someone to my home within 2 hours. He walked me through shutting off the main water line (we were misinformed about which valve was the primary in our crawl space). All that to say I am very pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will be using again.
