If you say you will be there at certain time be there. If something comes up, which happens, call and let the customer know. Business 101. Expected better.

They got our drain unclogged only after the second guy had to come out on the next day with the right equipment. Would recommend still.

On June 21st 2022, Josh James came to assess installing a faucet at the back of the house.
He set up an appt for June 27th and installed the faucet...Yay!!

He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. (He's a Master Plumber)

At all times he kept in communication...texting before he came to the house. (Cecil's also sends a text with a map so you can follow on the map when he's on the way) Love that!

I definitely would recommend Cecil's for any plumbing jobs...I know I will be calling the next time I have plumbing that needs to be done.

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

Highly recommend Trevor Smith and Jake Madden! We discovered a drain overflowing in our basement on Tuesday night and Trevor was on site Wednesday morning. They both were able to run new lines for us and fix the issue! Very satisfied.
