Turbo Plumbing Pros did a excellent job with their estimate and the work. There was no surprise charges beyond the estimate. They were clean, on time and sent text of who was coming and any information necessary about that person. Therefore, I was comfortable upon his arrival. The same pro that gave me the estimate was the same pro who did the work. Great job.

Rudest “office manager” around. Prices are RIDICULOUS! Had an emergency last night, paid them 200+ to unclog a drain with a “30 day warranty”, then next day my sink in my bathroom stopped up! Had them come back out, and they say ohhh well this is unrelated it’s anothed $229.00! What kind of service is this!? A bait and switch!? So immediately after the guy leaves I call the “office manager” and she argues with me telling me oh well there is nothing I can do, I can write down your complaint and have the owner call you, then hung up on me without ONE APOLOGY.. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Stay away!!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!

Dean was wonderful. He came quickly when the pipes bust back in early 2015. (I've used him ever since) He fixed the pipes quickly and then he offered to come back when it wasn't after hours pay.. Which I thought was extremely thoughtful given most business take as much as they can get! He came back immediately. Was always efficient and on time, very thorough. I have called him for every problem we have encountered since. Each time, same thing! Professional, humble, great pricing, excellent work! Would highly recommend to ANYONE! Not once did I ever feel overcharged for the amount of work he did! (And as consumers we know house calls are never cheap!.... So that is saying a lot!)

Everything about this company screams value, family, honesty, and integrity. They are so completely professional and filled with the love of God that it is an energy you just rarely experience anymore. Chris and Chris have come out for repairs multiple times and have always ALWAYS ALWAYS been such a warm kind extremely knowledgable exceptional team of professionals! They come with smiles, laughter, and good cheer - which is just unheard of no-a-day's but SO NEEDED! They are INDEED the EXPERTS! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. And in my most humbled opinion, should be cloned :) This is by far the best company to have come in and help you with your plumbing and HVAC break downs or concerns. They are thorough, and just so wise, it made me feel wonderful knowing they were the one's helping my family. Don't look any further, you already found the best!!

Tyler was polite and pleasant, and most importantly, knew what he was doing. He was able to replace the pump in a couple of days, and it's working fine.

Heat went out over the night Saturday night so we called Bryant Sunday morning. They came out explained everything set up payment plan and made arrangements to come Monday morning. Brandon Wright and Justin Green showed up Monday morning on time and didn’t leave till they finished the job and cleaned everything up. Amazing! We are very satisfied customers!

This guy is a fruitcake. Tell you one price then tell you another. Doesn’t show up then says he’s going to charge you $350. Don’t deal with this lunatic
