My job was originally estimated as a 4 to 5 hour job. In the end it only took 2 1/2 hours. The work itself was well done, but they gave a estimate based on twice the time it actually took to complete. So, don't call these guys unless you like to overpay. They screwed me out of about 300 bucks. And left a mess as well, but they did sweep.

Kendall and his team are the best. They do a great job and you can tell they enjoy what they do. I have tried several companies prior to Turbo plumbing and I can honestly say they are the best.

On June 21st 2022, Josh James came to assess installing a faucet at the back of the house.
He set up an appt for June 27th and installed the faucet...Yay!!

He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. (He's a Master Plumber)

At all times he kept in communication...texting before he came to the house. (Cecil's also sends a text with a map so you can follow on the map when he's on the way) Love that!

I definitely would recommend Cecil's for any plumbing jobs...I know I will be calling the next time I have plumbing that needs to be done.

I have used these guys in the past and it seemed ok. Called to get a roundabout estimate on a water heater replacement... general pricing. Gave basic information of specs along with the general location and access; this is a really basic flip out. Unable to give info without a in home visit ... and money... Sales Pitch...
This is unprofessional, given it is general information on a service normally provided. a professional will say we normally charge about $xx to $yyy depending on a few things..... over the phone.
Any business that can't seems like they have not mastered their craft or it is a size you up situation. Think about it... it's a water heater replacement. What info could they need that couldn't be given over the phone to give a roundabout estimate. It seems more likely a let's see what we can get them for. Once they pay the fee..... $$$
I will not hire any so called pro that can't give a general range of pricing for a general service.

Fayette Plumbing, Heating and Air took care of me same day and showed up when they said they would.
Chris gave me a call letting me know he was on his way, unclogged a sewer drain that was backing up into my garage and made sure it was draining correctly before he left.

As with all major construction and remodeling projects, every homeowners should always anticipated some unexpected surprises or delays that can occur, but good and timely communication always helps to overcome those challenges; both large and small. DDR's Sr. Project Manager, Chris Thomas was extremely thorough in all his communications with us. As such our expectations were always met.

Separately, each one of the subcontractor crews were friendly, efficient, and thorough. Whenever they were onsite, the work effort was continuous and effective.

Our project was an all-season 10 x 14 sunroom addition with a vaulted ceiling off the kitchen. DDR was not the least expensive contractor, but we determined they were the most professional.

We would highly recommend DDR as a remodeling contractor, and we would use them again.

The Zoom Drain team utilized their state of the art camera, truck an equipment to identify and repair multiple outdoor down spout drain lines around our home that had been damaged due to irrigation piping being poorly installed years earlier. The gutter system was backing up and pooling large amounts of water around our home during the strong rain storms over the last few weeks. All of the gutter drain systems that were serviced are now working well and keeping the water away from the house.
