Our 50 gallon gas water heater died on a Friday after 12 years of service. Not many local plumbing options exist over the weekend, and we called Roto-Rooter Plumbing to see if they could help. From their 24 hour dispatcher, to their prompt scheduling--they stayed in contact with us until our technician could arrive the next day. Andrew (our technician) was both knowledgeable and professional. He informed our all our options and was able to anticipate other potential problems so that his repair time was minimized. The repairs were completed and at at a fair/competitive price. I would certainly recommend calling Roto-Rooter plumbing again to anyone who needed their assistance.

PSI was terrific! I had a difficult sewer replacement job. PSI was determined to do the job correctly and they did. We ran into a couple of surprises along the way. They immediately had options and solutions. All the crew was very professional and personable. They stuck with the job until it was properly completed. Prompt response, took care of my problem

Ron came over around 10 pm because I had an emergency, another plumber really messed up a new kitchen faucet and under my sink was flooded as well as part of my basement. He came over promptly when I called him and fixed everything. He also came back the next day to install a dishwasher. He did a great job it was very friendly and reliable. I highly recommend him.
