Exceptional experience with Roto-Rooter! What started out as a request to unclog our commodes, yet again, turned into the realization that we finally had to face the fact that our 80 year-old sewer system was in dire need of renovation. Roto-Rooter showed up promptly at the agreed start time, began prepping the work area for jack-hammering, and quickly discovered that our sewer line was in fact going slightly UPHILL! AND, that there was a break in an inside drainpipe. No wonder we had all those problems in the past! Justin and the gang devised an elegant solution, consulted with us, and presented their plan. We were on board because we wanted the problem finally fixed, and fixed well. The guys worked hard installing the new plumbing and new line, showed us what they were doing every day, and thoroughly cleaned up the work areas, both inside and outside, after they finished. I spoke with several of my neighbors about our project, and I highly recommended Roto-Rooter to them.

I am a pretty handy guy but when I couldn't clear the kitchen and laundry room pipe blockage with a manual snake we called a professional. We called on a Sunday, typically we would wait but due to them not charging a fee for a quote and the fact they came out within 4 hours of my call was in itself impressive. They sent a text with the details and photo of the plumber ahead of them arriving which we liked. John was a professional from start to finish, he explained everything clearly and we ended up have the job done. He ran a motorized drain snake and solved the issue quickly without fuss and at a price we though was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Donivan arrived to my residence on Christmas Eve and was nothing short of phenomenal. While I called most plumbing companies just to be told there isn't much they could do to assist due to cold temperatures. When Donivan arrived he jumped right into action and explained a very thorough game plan on how we would thaw my frozen pipes. He made me feel as comfortable and calm during a very stressful time. Donivan should be recognized and rewarded from your company for an outstanding job. 5 stars!!

We have used them multiple times through our home warranty company. Great service, respectful employees every time. I had a main line blockage and they came out. Jacob and Doug were awesome. They tried everything possible to save me money especially at this time of it year when money is tight and were very considerate with my questions. They were concerned about getting my house muddy and were just all around good guys. I would definitely use them again and again.

David at Sureflow Plumbing was amazing to work with! He was on time, fixed our washer pump in a timely manner, was so polite on keeping me updated when he had to leave for a part, and left the place clean. He ran the washer cycle twice to ensure everything was perfect. We are so thankful for David and Sureflow Plumbing and would highly recommend working with them!

I contacted Cecil's Heat & Air for a second opinion regarding a issue with my heat pump.Note: The heat pump was making a hissing noise during the high heat this fall. My heat pump was previously inspected by a well known company in Lexington that you see commercials on the television which quoted me a $2500.00 estimate to repair my heat pump. Cecil's service employee came to my home and inspected my heat pump.He diagnosed my heat pump to be working correctly and felt the previous heating and air company may have not diagnosed my heat pump correctly. Thank you Cecil's for saving me well over $2000.00.

I took a chance and called the Mr Rooter company from the internet, they advertised a coupon. The service I got was above and beyond what I expected. Matt G and Alan M came to my house, diagnosed a very tricky problem, jackhammered and repaired PVC pipe and cleaned everything up to perfection. They could not have been more professional and were a pleasure to have in our home. I'm so thankful I called Mr Rooter, so thankful Jenn sent Matt and Alan. Because of these qualified and kind technicians, I'll never call another company.
