Never use i schedule appointment at their conferences took off work set waiting the appointment was 12;30 to 5 at almost 2 they called said we cant make it will come tomorrow problem was i missed work and could not take off again said we will see what we csn do and they never called back stay away from this unreliable companll

Two gentlemen came out. They were very professional, fair on price, and fast. They did a great job. This is my first experience with this company and I will definitely give them a call for future repairs.

Hot water heater stopped working, John T. Cannon Plumbing responded quickly and had it repaired the next day. Charles was professional, explaining the repairs being done and cleaned up the work area before he left.

Terry was very helpful and nice! We have AHS and did a $125 service call. Fixed everything quickly just in time before the snow and Christmas comes! Thank you!

American Home Shield sent Cannon Plumbing out for a couple issues. Charles came out within a reasonable time-frame and replaced our garbage disposal, fixed a kitchen sink and a bathroom sink! Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and speedy to fix. I would recommend Cannon to anyone.

John T Cannon plumbing has taken care of us for 10 years. We have used them multiple times. They are always friendly, on time, professional, and fix any issue we have very quickly!! I will continue to use them and refer my friends and family.

All in all they came out quick and replaced the heating element for$100 But 3 hours later no hot water I call back and I'm told I have to call an electrician so I do that and another $300 dollars later they say the thermostat is not getting the correct voltage so in my desperation in not having hot water for 3 days now I go to Lowes pick up the thermostat for$ 30 and do it my self and I'm good to go . I mean the people here are nice and all but I'm just disappointed . It was such a simple fix they really should have checked the thermostat so i didnt have to waste $300 on an electrician .
But a guess I'll just look at it like a $400 education in water heaters .
