We’ve worked with them many times since we have an old house that needed a lot of repairs done, however I think it’s time for us to find another plumbing company.

First of all one of the techs gave me a bible after he finished his repair. Nothing against anyone’s beliefs but I don’t want people pushing them on me in my own home.

Last time Andy was our tech and he had to get into the attic, unfortunately he left the attic entrance a little bit open after he finished and the insulation started coming out of it. When our guests arrived (we have a short term rental) they rightfully complained that there was insulation all over the place. We had to pay extra for a cleaner to come back immediately and fix the mess, which could have been avoided had Andy been more careful or if he had just had let us know there was cleaning to be done we could have sorted it out before the guests arrived.

When I called Jen in the office to let her know what had happened, she didn’t let me talk just interrupted me and passed me directly to Andy, who didn’t even apologize and just said “well we don’t have to get in the attic anymore so you don’t have to worry about that”. I just feel disrespected as a customer and like they don’t care about how they treated me and my property. We’re also canceling any future repairs we had scheduled with them.

Here's what I loved about this company:-They send you text updates with photos of plumbers coming by your house beforehand.-I had a complicated problem and they came over several times to fix it - they definitely persevered.-The phrase, It's up to you. This is your rodeo, we're just here to ride in it was used over the phone and will now become a part of my vocabulary.-They explained everything in great detail to me.

Have used them through our home warranty company and they have been great. Sump pump and hot water heater work. Would recommend for sure.

David at Sureflow Plumbing was amazing to work with! He was on time, fixed our washer pump in a timely manner, was so polite on keeping me updated when he had to leave for a part, and left the place clean.
