Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

Replaced my compressor on time and fast

I paid $6100 up front for a tankless water heater to be installed during a week when I wouldnt be home. The sales rep informed me Eternal Plumbing would take care of everything including permitting etc. and I wouldn't have to do anything. The install began on a Tuesday and ended Wednesday. Im assuming the install is complete, however, I came home to a house with no hot water. The company failed to inform me when they were finished and failed to inform me that I needed to contact the gas company for gas hookup and failed to inform me I needed to contact the inspector to inspect the unit. At the point of sale, I was told all of this would be done by Eternal Plumbing. I called the gas company today and was told the next appointment was next Tuesday (8 days away). So, I wont have hot water for a total of 14 days (and I paid $6100 for it!). If you want a company that overcharges, under-delivers, and abandons an excellent customer, go with Eternal Plumbing. The exhaust on the tankless water heater is crooked and the pipe insulation inst wrapped or glued together, I guess they had better things to do than complete this job. What a joke.

We had a great experience with Haik. He’s very professional but personable, and he provided excellent service when installing our water heater. He even checked out a minor problem we were having with a pipe in the wall. And he came back the day after installing our water heater to make sure everything was working ok. We’d definitely use Haik again.

Jared came by today to give an estimate on a plumbing problem we had. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that had to be done. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Anytime Plumbing you should feel honored to have an employee like Jared.

Discovered wet spot in front yard that rapidly became a significant leak. LVR fit me in the same day.Brian persevered in the heat an sun with cheerful determination. His commitment to a quality repair , professional courtesy and integrity is why I will use LVR again and ask for Brian. Thank you for a excellent job.

The lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional and sounded like she was in bed as if I disturbed her. A guy from this facility came out two different times to diagnose a problem and each time the problem was worse. Overall very unprofessional and has no clue of what they are doing.

Ed & Brandon came out because my hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. After a few modifications on my new water heater it was up & working. These guys do excellent work. I would recommend Ace to family & friends.
