We had a pipe connection break for our water softener on Saturday evening. We called Precision Plumbing and Frank Rohr called us right back. He asked if we could send him a picture of the problem, which I did and he told me it was an easy fix. Frank arrived right on time and fixed it in no time! He checked it to make sure there were no leaks (and there weren't!) He was not only very friendly he was neat. Everything was cleaned up before he left. Friendly staff and very professional. I had a courtesy A/C tuneup and Adrian did a thorough investigation of my A/C units and attic. I have a lot of problems which is not surprising considering I have ducts, and furnace over 35 years of age. My A/C units need to be replaced too. So, I'm screwed with cost on these repairs but I highly recommend Goettl. They know what they are doing.

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!
