Had my water heater go out and called these guys, Fernando came out and change it out, got a better price from them then any other place I talked to. Fernando did a great job, even came back after a hour to check out how it was working.

Garry was great, he was called in as a seconds opinion after another company was unwilling/ unable to diagnose why water was coming from an upstairs bathroom into my downstairs living g room. Garry came. Up with a hypothesis tested it, and was able to recommend solutions to get my home back in order and prevent a future reoccurring issue. On behalf of my husband and I we are beyond grateful of GOETTL Air Conditioning and Plumbing Service. Our AC Unit was not pushing out any cold air. Other than our kids we have 3 dogs.. mind you these past few days its been over 110 degrees. We called our home owners insurance on 07/26 and received the most poorest quality of Service from the Air Conditioning company they sent out 07/28. Come to find out our home owners insurance company is conveniently closed on weekends, so we called Goettl. Within 24 hours they sent a tech to our home. Not only was the customer rep just amazing over the phone but she was EXTREAMLY PROFESSIONAL. The tech Kenneth came over evaluated our situation and provided us with a sense of care and comfort that Goettl is able to assist us with our AC issue. Although we had to purchase a whole new AC Unit... the process was smooth, professional and extremely satisfying. The gentlemen that came to our home to remove and install our AC Unit complete the work with in 6-7hours. Again everyone whom we were in contact with were very professional and kind to our family.***we would definitely recommend this company moving forward to others in our situation***THANK YOU!

He helped me understand my options for repairs and was very helpful and informative for explaining the whole job. I got a same day appointment, which was surprisingly convenient as I had pipes leaking in my walls that needed an immediate remedy. He also told me when they were on the way and made the whole process easy. Nick from the crew was also a big help. I was stressed out by the thought of water leaking in my house, but they made it easy on me. Now feel really good about their work and the preventative measures the helped fix to avoid future issues. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I contacted Active Plumbing because of the good rating on Google. Unfortunately, they are extremely over priced. They provided an initial price for a plumber to come out to the house. Upon arrival the plumber looked and listened to the toilet when flushed and stated it was the fill valve. He had the invoice already filled out with the initial amount for service call and additional amount to replace the fill valve for a total cost of almost $350.00. They do not include the cost for the service call into the repair cost which other companies do. I did not have them complete the repair.
I did a Google search on the average cost for toilet fill valve replacement and it is 1/2 the amount this company wanted to charge.
If you are looking for repair at an affordable cost this is not the company for you.

Had a very early morning emergency where my shower would not turn off due to a loose handle. Called a few places but they could not get to me until later. In a panic I called 24 Hour Plumber and Nick guided me on the phone to see if I could turn it off in the meantime until he got here. Nick got here right away and resolved my after hours emergency. Excellent customer service, professional and thorough!

I had a company give me a quote to replace my unit. I called for a second opinion and Alaskan air came out. I was impressed with the information i was given and the ability to make an informed decision. Out of all the companies I felt Alaskan was the most knowledgable and had the most integrity.

Aaron was fantastic. He is the maintenance then he got the serial number and maker for me. He then called for me to check to see if there is a warranty or not as this house is new for me. He confirmed I do have a warranty nine parts. He was on top of it all

Our technician Robert did a fantastic job of diagnosing and repairing the electrical issues in our garage, which had been caused by the previous home owners and were out of code/a major fire hazard, unbeknownst to us. We are very happy with the service he provided and would recommend this company to anyone! It gives us peace of mind to know that our house is no longer at risk of burning down due to the negligence of the sellers!

The main worker that came to our property was always in a bad mood and seemed to be bothered by everything. Completely unprofessional and poor work quality, they had to redo the job because it broke again within two days. Will never use this company again.
