Techcool is a great a/c company. Hector was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve used him twice now and both times was a good experience. The problems were fixed within the hour. Hector and Techcool are definitely my a/c guys!

Matt was amazing and got someone to see me ASAP after my warranty company AHS sent a “tech” who ripped apart my evap coil to service it, told me it needs ordered and left. Not another word from them until I called and was told $1600 to order part with no delivery time frame! Guaranteed the part is being refurbished somewhere and won’t even be a new part at that price. Waited 4 days too long before calling Silverstate. Danny Neske was amazing. Gave me options and was upfront about everything. He worked with Matt and gave us a wonderful deal and added a military discount as well. Installing a new unit with no more AC worries in this Vegas heat for 12 years! Cancelled the contract with AHS warranty. Lesson learned, don’t trust warranty companies and go with Silverstate for all your needs!

Garry was the consummate professional and worked so hard. We had a slab leak from hell that took lots of jack-hammering and many days to find. He showed a high degree of skill and flair was is super personable. This company was recommended by our home warranty AHS so we didn't know anything about them until this happened. Would definitely use again.

My A/C is turning on but not blowing air. Called Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair and sent their technician right away. Khoder Hachem did a great job diagnosing the problem and gave me the best options. It's summer in NV and gets really hot and Khoder let us use the company's plug-in A/C until the installation is complete. Highly recommended.

Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

Once again they provided the best service possible and the quickest response time. My greatest thanks to Carl and Justin. Without them I’d never have hot water again!!

Over priced Goodman’s being pushed on you by in my opinion the unprofessional manager.
This place used to be a work place of ethics per previous customer experience and values and now has taken a turn for the worst.
DONT BUY THE DAIKINS

While the pre-visit started out a little rocky, once Wesley arrived it was smooth sailing. He was not only very likable, he knew his business. We have just moved into a new house and did not understand a few things that were going on with the HVAC. He answered all our questions. We then had him install a new controller. It was a bit more challenging than he thought, due to the previous installer taking shortcuts, he finally figured the issues and resolved them. My wife and I would have him back for any HVAC issue.

Josh was incredible!!! We needed help with a water softener installation gone wrong. It was a total disaster, and we needed immediate help as we didn't have water. Dispatch had Josh over to us in an hour and a half the day after Christmas. Josh immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired the plumbing so that we'd have water. Total life saver. He finished the install the next morning and we now have amazing soft water. He went above and beyond to help us and we couldn't be happier.

The main worker that came to our property was always in a bad mood and seemed to be bothered by everything. Completely unprofessional and poor work quality, they had to redo the job because it broke again within two days. Will never use this company again.
