Our shower valve broke and saw they had great reviews so I called them. The CS rep on the phone was so professional and courteous. They were at my house within an hour. This past summer, Robert came and cleaned out my AC so that I could actually get cold air upstairs in my house, after the previous owners moved out. He walked me through what needed to happen, and also pointed out some other issues with my system that I would want to consider doing for safety reasons or to better move air throughout my home. There was no pressure to do any of those other options.Robert came back today to work on my heating system with no complaints! I love using BEST for my AC/Plumbing (I have also used Nick to clean out my bathtub from previous owners - who I also recommend) issues as they call with a time estimate they will arrive, are always polite and friendly, work quickly, tell you honestly if there are other issues but never pressure you to fix more than you need. I will continue to personally use them and recommend them to others! Call today!

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation. Best ac company in the city Tl has the best customer service and is punctual on his time and gets the job does great appreciate them coming out last minute and making it a top priority i will be calling them for any ac service needs in the future.

Angelica- also came for the same day for the AC. Super knowledgeable and good with my dogs. Both gave great customer service.

Arrived on time, excellent communication, the technician was very professional and competent. My only gripe is the fact that no pricing indication was given ahead of time, so I was very surprised by the estimate the technician provided. I'm not saying they overcharged or anything, I'm saying that I wasn't given any pricing information ahead of time.

David C. performed maintenance on my air conditioning unit today and he did an excellent job. I've had David before and he is always very professional and appears to really know what he is doing. He answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with his work today.
