My plumbing issue was an emergency, I was promised through the night by 2 other companies that offer 24 hour service and pretty much lie to you until their crew comes on at 7 am. Keep you up all night waiting for a phone call that never comes. Called Impact at 7 am they said they could and would help and they did. The other 2 companies called back after 7 am to tell me they understood I needed a plumber, yes I do but not you!! I hate being lied too.

They came installed my water heater in a heart beat , we had some plumbing pipe issues which they repaired, what a relief! Professional , friendly, affordable , and work on weekends which worked perfectly for my schedule ! Thank you i highly recommend !

I called Dino's Plumbing early Friday morning (before 8 am) to schedule service for a water heater issue we were having. To my surprise, the representative that answered the phone was not a receptionist, but a knowledgeable plumbing professional. I described the issue, and she said it could be one of several things. Very impressed, because I had an idea of what I might expect to pay going in. Dino arrived on time, and was professional and courteous, answering all of my questions, no matter how stupid. In the end, the issue was resolved for the price qutoed.

Now I know nobody likes paying for plumbing repairs, I get that. But Dino's Plumbing and specifically Dino were a pleasure to deal with. I like that the person answering the phone was a knowledgeable professional, and if their entire staff is like Dino, I will use them again in the future.

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

They tried to charge me $500 to cut a hole in the sheet rock which took five minutes then after they cut a hole they said there’s a stud there they can’t get to the drain really there’s studs every 16 inches they should know then they tried to charge me $500 to take the toilet out and re-install it to take the sheet rock out and the toilet was never taken out the grout was still around the toilet From the tile did they charge me $400 to put that crooked door on the shower tub stay away from this place there a rip off and they don’t do quality work
