Unbelievably bad company with which to conduct business! My unit and my neighbors both have the same plumbing problem, so the HOA scheduled an appointment with this business. I waited for the plumber all day for around 5 hours, but he never showed up. The office phoned me the next morning and stated, He was there, and service was done. Who has come here? What exactly did he do? Our main sewer pipe is still backed up! I simply cannot BELIEVE how they conduct business with customers! (Our property has around 270 units, so I'm sure they blew a large commercial opportunity!)
UPDATE: The project manager confirmed that the plumber went to the wrong units and the wrong building the next day.
Following that, on 11/17/2022, I received a violation notice from our HOA stating that I had phoned the service but there was no water backup in my unit that the vendor's invoice says. The $206 service calling fee is my responsibility.
This happened totally unfairly to me because this company/plumber went to the incorrect building and submitted a fake report. I've been owning places for a long time, but this company is the most difficult to work with.
UPDATE: I will not react to you directly; instead, I will respond to you here.
First, the plumber must confess that he went to the WRONG units/building, as certified by the HOA's project manager. The issue here is with the compliance manager who issued the violation notice and penalized me $206 as a service call charge. Until our main sewer line was repaired, my unit had the backup.
This is what the HOA says
RESIEDNT CALLED OVER AN ALLEGED BUILDING BACK–UP OCCURRING IN BUILDING, HOWEVER, NO BACK–
UP WAS FOUND. HOMEOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR $206.00 SERVICE CALL CHARGE. ( she made spelling miss a lot every time when she responded)
I understand that you wish to charge the fee to the HOA, despite the fact that your employees went to the WRONG units, but it is not my obligation to pay.
Either of you (the plumber or the person who handed me the violation notice) must be truthful and precise about what transpired that day.
I have no motive or intention of calling a plumber if there are no backups in my unit, to begin with.

On 12/26/18, I had a technician named Jay come to fix my water heater. He told me a peice was bad and that I needed to order a new one. I paid 110.00 in cash that day. After 2 days the new peice arrived and Jay came to install it. While installing it, he didnt close the water line and flooded my laundry room and kitchen. That also soaked the new peice. Needless to say, I was left once again with no hot water. He said he would attempt to find and purchase the new part and come back. I began texting him hoping to get some resolution and hot water but was ignored after day 2. I eventually found a new company and after 2 weeks of no hot water I finally got it fixed. Your company wasted my time and made the aggravation of no hot water in the middle of winter even worse. I have a copy of the receipt. At minimum, I would like a refund of the 110.00 that I paid in cash.
I have written them numerous times and still have not gotten a response.
They responded to this saying they aren't the correct company. I have the invoice! Lol nice try.

Sean did a great job with the repair. It was not your common everyday plumbing issue. On time and got the job finished very quickly. I I can't speak for the other plumbers working for this company but I would highly recommend Sean
From some of the most trivial sink problems, to the most complicated water softener and hard water piping issues, Las Vegas plumbing Inc. was there almost immediately fix all my plumbing problems.

I used Las Vegas plumbing because my water heater was leaking. The first tech they sent was knowledgeable, replaced it and gave me a great price for installation. I then encountered a problem, for the next month I had air in the tank and the water never stopped burping. lLas Vegas plumbing was quick to send a tech out to correct the problem. They are a company that strives to please the customer and for that reason I would recommend them to my friends.

I called for low hot water pressure and the other issues I listed were discovered by them when they came to my home. I have used this company for quite a few years now and they never disappoint. Their Technicians are always very well educated in the Plumbing field. Today Carlos was amazing. He was thorough and fixed everything with the actions of a true pro. He was a gentleman and a pleasure to meet. As always cost is a worry for me but they always seem to treat me fair. Today's service was very reasonable at only $190. I expected my bill to be more than that for the one issue I called for so for Carlos to also take care of everything else I am grateful. I will always remain loyal to this company. They are just good people and they truly want to take care of you.
Absolutely clueless company. They have been in my neighborhood trying to fix a problem since July 5th and they just CAN NOT get it right. The plumbers look lost when they’re trying to work, and due to that thousands of gallons of water have been wasted and the problem continues to occur. I would call a handyman out of the phone book or even hire someone standing in front of Home Depot before I would allow this company into my home. If I could give zero stars I would.
