Repaired a leaky shower with a new cartridge. They installed the incorrect cartridge and handle with a hacksaw. I no longer have hot water in my master bath. This company was sent by home warranty company so I guess you get what you pay for.

My home warranty company sent Tiburcio's plumbing, the technicians were efficient and the owner was good to work with. They were at my house within a few hours of my water heater going out and had the new unit installed within a day. The service was quick and I wasn't without hot water for too long.

My warranty company sent out a plumber who then transferred service because the repair was to much work. That's when they sent out tiburcio's plumbing. Enrique was able to get my hot water back on and install an extension the very next day when the other plumber that didn't want the job told me that it would be weeks to find because that tank was out of stock. I'm so grateul to Enrique and his workers. In less then an hour they had extended my water heater and put it on the ground for me so I could work on the water damage repair. They responded fast and and I would definetley use them again. Will update when temporary water heater is on stand and placed permanently!

Tiburcio’s plumbing is a Hispanic owned business that gives very honest reviews.
They replace my hot water tank for under $500 while other vendors wanted to charge me up to $1800. They’re honest hard-working and very humble especially Enrique who I believe is the owner. Please request them with your home warranty service providers and you will save a lot of money from my experience.

My water heater broke on Easter Sunday. My home warranty company sent these guys out to repair it. They inspected it same day, helped me get my water turned back on until they could replace the heater. They replaced the heater the next day in less than an hour. Everyone was extremely friendly and did a great job. Would recommend all my friends and family to them.

This company tries to rip people off. They will add stuff to your quote that you don't need. Very poorly ran. Unprofessional. Will not ever use this company.

I called him on Sunday and a return my call very punctua. Enrique Gonzalez was very professional over the phone. I requested plumbing services, he came out 12 hours later which is perfect timing. I had a main water line leaking, due to the leak no water in my residence. Mr. Enrique Gonzalez the field manager showed up first thing Monday morning, and inspected the water line and said he needed to go to the plumbers store. He stated he needed to do a few other jobs and you go to the store give me a call back Monday afternoon. Monday evening of at approximately five or 6:00 PM I still have not received a call from Mr. Gonzalez so I called him and he said he needs to go to the plumbing store first thing in the morning and he would call me. Mr. Gonzalez did not call me or anything like that so I called him at noon on Tuesday afternoon. I talk to him and then he hung up on me, so I thought it was a break in the connection so I called him back and went straight to voicemail twice. I also sent him a text message. Asking him to return my phone call or message, and please let me know if you can do the repairs or not. I also stayed I totally understand if you can’t do the repairs. Mind you also I do have a four-year-old child at my house and it is important in emergency if I don’t have water. Needless to say he never contacted me or anything like that customer service is very horrible and I don’t recommend him due to the fact that his customer service and communication skills are way below the standard.

We have used Tiburcio’s Plumbing several times at our house and our sons house and have received excellent service. Enrique and his team are always professional, quick with repairs and very timely with communication. We highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.
