I randomly came across Innovative Plumbing Pros and am so glad I did! The scheduler was professional and courteous. Jose the owner operator was at my house for same day service. I appreciate his quality of work and professionalism... from a well organized and clean work truck to explaining in terms I can understand the water malfunction, his solution to fix it, and cost.

After using three different plumbers in the last year (water softener installation, toilet replacement, and dishwasher-kitchen malfunction), I finally found a Plumber I feel comfortable and confident using for all future needs. It is great to find a quality, locally owned and operated company. Jose's professionalism and quality of work was significantly better than the others I used. I highly recommend.

Jerry, the owner, came out when our hot water heater was no longer working. Instead of just automatically assuming we needed a hot water heater, he checked further and found out that we had a hot water line leak under the house! They will be coming next week to repipe the house. This afternoon Steven and Danny came to install a 50 gallon hot water heater so we would have hot water as we are waiting for the repipe next week. Everything was done exceptionally well and the price was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful company.

I was able to get a technician to my house within an hour of calling. This 24 Hr Emergency plumber in Las Vegas, was very friendly and explained everything clearly.The supervisor who came out was kind and respectful as well. I was happy with the service.

Excellent service from Mr Catania, prompt, efficient, neat, and very nice, will be calling them from now on for any future plumbing needs.

Richard was professional through and through. Arrived on time, located the leak, explained in detail what was required, and executed flawlessly. He then checked a few things that may be failure points in the future. He left his work space immaculate and I am very happy with my experience.

Can't say enough about how much this company took care of me. We purchased a new home and they sent their team in to literally go through the home top to bottom. Most companies would price gouge, or charge excessive fees, honestly, I underpaid for the quality of work that was done. So glad I found J&J Plumbing here in Vegas.

Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!
