I would GIVE YOU GUYS 5 stars BUT I am Disappointed here's why. So the Negative first their was NO Communication really when we had Appointments Set and then we were Rescheduled too much. Then 3nd I thought was very weird how the way they have to Check Your Credit to do the Payment Plans. Then 4th last I THINK THESE guys are too Expensive BIG BIG time. I mean I think Frank was very nice and good on trying to Keep it LOW cost as much as possible. But I THINK THEY could do much better on their Prices. Now The Positive they are very nice and was willing to do 2 free things for us if we DID all the Repairs at once. They really need to Come Down on their prices for small Repairs and HAVE COMMUNICATION though!

I have used Resolution Plumbing a few times now. Each time they have always been friendly, professional, and efficient, and always at a very fair price. Once they even came out to investigate a leak, said it is a $20 part at home depot if I wanted to save money and do it myself, they would let me know exactly what to get. I thought that was awesome for them to come out and they were not even going to charge me if I did it myself. I will never go with anyone else.
