They are a great company. I’ve never had any issues with them. Their service guys are always so nice and willing to explain everything to you. I really like how they call and remind me about regular maintenance on my air conditioner because it’s just not something you think about until it’s too late and you’re in the middle of summer without cold air. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I found this company by happenstance in the middle of a flood crisis in our (new) home. Vegas Valley Plumbing came to our house promptly and fixed the problem easily and effectively. They were then able to come out for another (unrelated) plumbing issue and then helped us get our soft water system back on line. I can't say enough great things about this company. Knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and very friendly (my dog even loves them!) I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. Air compressor had blown a copper line going from the compressor to the air hoses..Mark came checked it out got the copper line he needed, sweated the angles together and good as new..and with a 2 yr warranty can't beat that to your door service.

It has been 2 weeks since I first contacted them. One week ago they sent someone out to look and give me an estimate. He said I would get the estimate a day later. A week later still no estimate. I call them again and they tell me that the quote is not ready but they would work on it. I call them today after not receiving anything and they say they just dont have the manpower now to get to help me. I had told them that I was selling the house and was in a rush. I dont ever write bad reviews but they cost me 2 weeks.

I will absolutely call them again if I need their aid. Everyone was kind from the dispatcher to the plumber and the whole team. Thank you so much for your professional plumbing services.
