Jose came out to investigate our hot water after we noticed a yellow tint - turns out we needed a new hot water heater. He had a reasonable quote to us and someone from his team out within an hour to replace our tank. They even checked our softener to make sure it was working properly. Appreciated the same day service!

I want to thank Rory and the whole crew from Plumbing Innovations for their help with the plumbing on my house. I bought an older house and started a remodel and soon got over my head. I called Rory and to see if he could help. He came to look at the house and we discussed a plan of action and started to proceed. once things got under way it was clear that we were going to have to re-plumb the entire house. They did so in a very timely and professional fashion. When we were finished I expected to have heart problems when I saw the bill but that WAS NOT the case at all. Had misfortune of using this vile company to repair a leak in my home. They arrived 2 hours after the estimated time and seemed to be lolligagging after 45 minutes. They asked to take a break. I went outside to
grab something from my car and it looked like they were doing hard core drugs (meth), While literally sitting in front of my home. My kids were home, so I immediately ended the appointment. They were rude and abusive I’m certain I heard one of the men use the n word. And my bathroom is still leaking, and they had the nerve to ask for payment. Never again!

Recently moved into a new place and realized one of my showers was not getting hot water. Called hydro plumbing to see if they were available for a same day fix. They were available same day and Curtis was the one to help me. He was friendly, informative and solved the issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs plumbing assistance.
