Keith, Josh and Page have been nothing short than amazing to myself and my family and have done everything they can to help us fix a major leak that we had under our slab. I received referral to Mach 1 Plumbing from Moen Customer Service as authorised service provider for their products. I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well. Great experience - highly recommend to anyone who need quality service from trust worthy and pleasant people who stand by their work.

One of my very good friends recommended this company after asking for help on social media and they showed up first thing today. From the moment I called on New Year's Day to the time Dan showed up they were friendly, professional and caring. Flat fee upfront and no sales pitch...Dan stayed a bit until I flushed the entire house to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I will be recommending them as well. Local family owned, too.

Sunday afternoon our water heater was leaking. Thinking, oh great, why on the weekend! We were able to shut off everything causing the water to leak out. I immediately went to Yelp to look at reviews on plumbers and found Resolution plumbing. I had a reply back to my request on Yelp within a minute and I called this company. Alex, who is the owner, answered and said unfortunately, he didn't do anything on the weekends, but he would be out at 7am on Monday, which worked great for us. He also told me how to turn everything off, water and gas.
This morning, I received a text message that Alex was in route at 6:53am along with a photo of Alex on the text message. He arrived about 7:10am in a van that had his business information on it. Legit all the way. He assessed the water heater and stated it may have some warranty since it was installed in 2017, but the quality of the water heater was terrible. He says often Home Warranty companies do not use quality products. He said he's done quite a few repairs on this particular brand and they just are not that great. He stated that it might take a week or two for a newer water heater to come in from this particular company under the warranty. I decided to replace it as I did not have a week or more not to have hot water. So after talking to him first about a tankless water system, which was going to cost quite a but more, I decided to go with the traditional water heater. Within an hour he had returned with the new water heater and had set it up and he was done at 9:09 am, 2 hours tops from assessment to replacement. The price was very fair as well.

The new water heater has a 10 year warranty as well as this company will come out to service it once a year. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his expertise and very very pleased with this company. Alex is very polite and has great customer service.

Side note: When I first called him, I could tell he was at home because I could hear his kids in the background, a family man and a small business. I definitely like supporting small businesses as my parents had a small business years ago and it's important to support companies like this.
I definitely will be contacting this company for more plumbing issues as they arise.

STOP - BEWARE - STOP - BEWARE!!!!
If you are about to call this Roto Rooter business in North Las Vegas for any kind of service, rest assured, the chances of you being ripped off are extremely high. Furthermore, if, like me, you are considering this business to perform plumbing or drain services based on all the glowing Google reviews (in excess 90), I can state with near certainty that most of these reviews are probably shill reviews submitted by the owner or family members or employees and probably not satisfied customers. I mean really, every review has a 4 or 5 star rating and nothing lower?? The odds of that happening are so low that you'd have better odds at the craps table before that would happen.

Here is my story: I needed a Positemp cartridge in a spare bathroom shower and garbage disposal in the kitchen removed and replaced with new parts I PURCHASED IN ADVANCE. I knew this was not a complicated or expensive job and yet I was charged $997.95!!! The next day I got a follow-up call from this Roto Rooter to see if I was pleased with the service and I let them know that I absolutely was NOT pleased in any way. I was assured that the owner would call me the next day to discuss my concerns. As you might guess, I got no such call (probably hoping I would forget about it and let it go). After a week and no call, I sent a letter with a copy of my invoice to Roto Rootor's corporate offices in Ohio and Iowa to let them know my experience, that they had a franchise owner preying on customers in Las Vegas and that they needed to be aware of it. Within a week I received a call from the franchise owner, Chuck Wojciechowski, to discuss my bill. He blamed the technician for improperly writing up the invoice and reluctantly offered a partial refund. At the same time I was having some repairs done in my home by a handyman friend and explained to my him the horrible experience I had with Roto Rooter. I asked him to give me an estimate for the same exact services performed by Roto Rooter and got an estimate of $155.00!!!. However, to get my refund I had to FAX a copy of this estimate to this Roto Rooter franchise before they would credit my credit card. If you don't think it could get worse, fast forward two months, and I find out that Chuck Wojciechowski has filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractor's Board against my handyman for the estimate he gave me, not for any work he performed or was paid for!!! You can't make this stuff up! If I could rate this business with no stars, I would, but the worst you can rate is one star, unfortunately.

NOW, after having read this review, you are still willing to do business with these predators and you get ripped off, know you've been forewarned and leave a real review!
