I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service. I called and described that my AC was not cooling. The tech came and called me to say “yeah I’m looking at your unit from the outside and everything looks ok so it might be a leak but the problem is that we don’t work with R22.” He then followed up with “So I can send you a quote over for a new system .” ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?? REALLY? So you mean to tell me that with all the homes and businesses that still use R22, your solution is that everyone just get a new AC?? And why why not disclose that you don’t work with R22 BEFORE you charged me $89 for the trip? VERY VERY shady to say the least. Needless to say that I’ve now called another company who has the know-how for R22 and to properly diagnose the problem.

Home warranty called a few vendors to fix our water heater and this company was the first option. The lady answering phones had the worst customer service when calling to confirm an appointment. She started yelling at me to say I didn't have appointment. I honestly couldn't believe the attitude she had when asking questions about my appointment. I now have another vendor scheduled. Even though I'm sure their company is very professional this front desk lady made sure I never use them again.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

I am very happy with the professionalism, expertise and efficiency of BEST. I like how they listen as we explain issues, schedule us for repair and then follow up prior to our appointment confirming they understand the issue, and then identify who will be arriving, and even sending a link (like Uber) when the person is within 30 minutes of arrival, Our toilet had been running and needed a part replaced. Levi came out this afternoon, quickly identified the issue as well as the fix. He was professional, definitely knew his stuff and was patient in answering questions. It was obvious he enjoyed his job. Thank you Levi!

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a very disastrous week with out a hot water heater, dealing with a home warranty that we will be cancelling, and the very incompetent Air Pro Master that is completely devoid of customer service (don't waste you time with them), Yes! plumbing that clearly sent a sales guy instead of a plumber that was prepared to rip me off (they be the big guys in town but not really the good guys), I was at my wits end thinking to myself that this is a never ending nightmare...then On Time Service, came to my rescue and was my night in shining armor.

Not only were they prompt, service and complete job with in 12 hours of contact, they were complete efficient, thorough and nothing short of amazing. Zack was very good at explaining everything to me. There pricing is fair and competitive.

Steve with Discount air could not have given me a more pleasant experience. On time, explained everything about the replacement AC roof install clearly during the estimate. Once I accepted the bid they were out the very next for the installation! Zack and Alejandro did the major part of the installation perfectly. Steve once again came out and followed up after the install to make sure I was completely satisfied. A+ for Steve and everyone at Discount Air! I will definitely use Discount for any future HVAC needs.

Mark was very professional. Answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products being offered. These were the System Cleaning (includes ducts), heat barrier, insulation, ultraviolet light and new electrostatic filters.
