TECHCOOL Air Conditioning is awesome. We had an issue with our A/C not cooling. We called our home warranty and they sent out a company that was unable to fix the problem. We requested another company and we were sent the best. Zack from TECHCOOL arrived was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Zack was able to find the problem and fix it.

I've had an incredible experience with Mastermind Mechanical for my AC installation. They were the ultimate professionals taking the time to explain the process to me in a way that was easy to understand. I'm not from Las Vegas so I was worried about finding a reliable company but Mastermind Mechanical - Air Conditioning exceeded my expectations. After having positive experiences with plumbing repair by Anytime and reminded they also do HVAC installs and repair I decided to use them for my A/C tune-up this year. They did not disappoint. Mike was the technician who did the service. I was impressed with his knowledge and skill and I will also have them do my fall HVAC tune up. It is great to have one company handle both plumbing and HVAC.

I have done business with Silverstate for more than 6 years, so I have have a great deal of experience dealing with their customer service. It is excellent.

My water was out for about 3 days when I noticed lack of hot water and longer delays wouldn’t be optimal for me. Bottom line up front, 5 star home service went above and beyond to take care of me after my home warranty screwed up communication and appointment with this company. They were able to squeeze in some time for me on short notice, troubleshot my situation virtually before coming out to expedite resolution the next day. Perform a spot on analysis and arrange replacement the next day. My technician (Karap) was highly professional and effective. Picked up my water heater early morning and before duty hours. Then arranged a new water heater and installed it before I got home. Needlessly to say, I was overall impressive with this company and my technician to resolve my issue. Thank you!

They sent the technician Anthony out and he was very kind and courteous. Everything was done professionally and fairly quickly. I have a bi-yearly contract with Alaskan, and I am very happy with the service. Today, my units were serviced by Juan. Very thorough and explained in detail what he was doing. I appreciated the insight.

Do not use this company! They just want your credit card. Mount Charleston friends do not use. They do not work on propane but will tell you they do to collect a $250 service fee!

Josh T. did a great job for us today December 14, 2016 . Our heating system had a problem and needed a part replaced ,he found the partproblem replaced it and our heating system is back in service .
