I found LV Restoration & Plumbing online when searching for a leak detection service. On a Sunday morning, I entered my information online requesting an appointment. In less than 5 minutes, my phone rang. To my amazement, Brian told me he could be there later Sunday afternoon ! He called when he was 20 minutes away, like he said he would. He arrived soon after.
He was very friendly and well versed in water issues. He was knowledgeable with how Las Vegas Water District works and the problem that I was having. He walked around my property in 110 degree heat with a spring in his step, looking and listening for any leaks, as we deducted it was from my irrigation system. Once we investigated all 10 irrigation boxes, bugs in all, he found two leaks.
When I ask him how much do I owe, he said - nothing. His visit was a free estimate. I was pleasantly surprised and taken aback at the same time. I would definitely use LV Restoration & Plumbing again in the future for anything water related involving my home. Thank you Brian !

Angel and crew were great. I had a problem with my shower, I contacted him in the evening, and the next day he was here. Angel and crew were here for less then an hour, and in that time they fixed my shower, showed me how to clean/maintain my faucets, clean/maintain my tankless water heater and answered all the random questions I had along the way. After they fixed the problem, they showed me exactly what was wrong to make sure that I was satisfied with what they did. They did not try to over sell me or rework the entire plumbing for a small problem. In House will be my go-to for any kind of plumbing work for now on. Thank you guys for all your hard work and help

In June 2020 my AC condenser unit went out and I had trouble getting anyone to come out (quarantine was just letting up around then). Rob came out diagnosed my old unit, sold me the new unit, and was able to schedule the replacement of the whole assembly (furnace, condenser, and pipes) within a couple days.Fast forward to February 27, 2023. Just getting some annual plumbing maintenance that comes with the COOL Club from Best AC and Mike notices that my water heater is in dire need of replacement and it looks like it was brought from a different house. He set up an appointment to have it replaced the next day and came out afterwards to inspect it himself.I will always trust Best AC and Plumbing. They always provide great customer service and make sure you understand everything before they leave or sell you anything!

So, we tried to use AHS warranty over a week and a half ago. They told us we would be contacted by this company called Air Pro Master who would be reaching out to us. NOPE, no calls, text, voicemails or anything of the sort. So, I called Air Pro myself and was prompted to hold for 15 minutes until the recording said I was caller 10 and to continue to hold. One hour later, I was still caller 10. Go figure. I dont believe this company even is in business when they are not calling, responding to free business. Both AHS and this Air pro are not what they seem or they just dont understand customers and business development.
