Great service in my time of need. My AC went out this week and the temps have been in the High 90’s low 100’s. Every company I called gave me a 3 day lead time. 5 star came out the same day and saved my family from the sweltering heat.

Benny from Boss plumbing was great. He was punctual, diagnosed the problem efficiently and resolved the problem. Determined the cause, location and fixed a pipe leaking under my sink quickly. He was very professional throughout. Good to see that my home warranty company actually uses trusted and competent contractors. Thanks Benny you were great. Forgot to mention the girls on the phone. I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route. Still additional comments from owner, I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next. I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.

Mason stopped by to give me a quote. The quote seemed higher than I was expecting, however I am sure it was fair given the solution.

Ultimately I did not use their service as I require that the in-wall humidifier is connected to my Nest Learning Thermostat 3g and the Express team did not believe this was possible without voiding the warranty. They might be right, however my research indicates otherwise.

Mike came out initially for the leak detection and wanted to give me 100% certainty that it was the water main leaking before recommending the main repair because it is a pricy repair. Fernando, Serenity and Arthur showed up for a waiter main replacement the following day and were very professional and experienced with replacing laying the new main line. I highly recommend these members and utilizing BEST for any water or HVAC issues you might have.

When my AC condenser stopped working, I had a buddy refer me to Bumble Breeze. It was a Saturday and a technician was over within the hour of calling in. Will took a look at my condenser and found the issue - a blown connector. He has the part on the truck and replaced it. He made sure everything worked and then continued to check other parts and run diagnostics. He found out the capacitor was not running properly and was way below the levels it should be at which was what caused the connector to blow. So glad he didn’t just leave after replacing the first thing! Showed me all the costs ahead of time as well. I am extremely grateful for Will coming out so quickly and making sure everything was working properly. Very reasonably priced as well!

Two Stars: They try to hook you with an up front $50 to assess. Which semi locks you into them doing the job. They then follow with free assessment if you refuse the $50. Their prices are very high. Two stars for their four hour window to show up, but they will even move that around to circa an 8 hour window once you are committed. Four stars for their friendly demeanor and generous with their advice even if you do not commit the job to them.
