They arrived early. Unexpected since it is summerish in Las Vegas. Since I know nothing about A/C units, I was at their mercy. They fixed it two years ago. This time, my 25 year old unit needs to be replaced. They plan to do it today. More later.

I called for an emergency appointment and got a technician out here on the same day. Diagnostics were performed with recommendations AND a plan moving forward. This was key as my husband and I were able to prepare for a length of time without hot water. Although, we didn't need to prepare much because our water heater issue was resolved in a quick and timely manner. The weekend and manufacturer business hours were the only things that slowed things down really, nothing to do with the company itself.

I hired Blue Apple to do a major upgrade to the Electrical system. All outlets were replaced and grounded; replaced exist GFI's and added some more; hung several fans, chandelier and landing fixture; upgraded to led inset lights with dimmers; and hung some florescent lights in the garage, etc. The end result exceeded our expectations. I enjoyed spending a bit of time with the electrician, Sean and his assistant, Cyrus.

Having a Home Inspection business and being a prior General Contractor and Operating Engineer I am always asked for referrals.
