Superb Service At A Reasonable Price! I called A Better Plumbing Company after researching plumbers with the Better Business Bureau, Nevada State Contractor's Board, and through online reviews.

I called A Better Plumbing Company in the afternoon and was offered a same day appointment. I spoke to Carla who was extremely pleasant. She stated that Juan was in the area and would be able to stop by for a quote before the end of the day. Juan arrived a short time later and promptly assessed the situation. Juan assured me that the repair could be handled relatively quickly, and he wasted no time in getting to work. Juan removed the leaky pipe and soldered in a new pipe cleanly. Juan also happily completed some smaller repairs that I had forgotten to mention to Carla, and he did so despite having to work past normal business hours.

Juan’s Get-It-Done attitude was greatly appreciated. He answered my endless questions without exasperation. He didn’t give me short cursory answers either and did not talk down to me. Juan is truly an asset to the company. I will definitely use A Better Plumbing Company for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Juan!

Super Bowl Sunday 2019 I discovered a Slab leak and although the “timing” was terrible, this time I really “needed” a plumber. My heart dropped. Because, in 2007 I “wanted” a plumber to help me with repairs for both our upstairs bathrooms. I called numerous plumbing companies. The only one that showed up was Rakeman plumbing who made promises and did nothing, so I called a handyman who did worse than nothing. That’s when I realized I needed to bone-up on Utube and try to learn how to fix these plumbing issues or we were gonna have to move. Long story short, my upstairs bathroom faucets weren’t so hard to replace but without the professional plumbing knowledge and/or how to sweat copper with enough confidence as to NOT burn down the house, the showers (our main issue) remained unrepaired.

Getting back on point of our Slab Leak: Based on reviews from the “neighborhood” app, I called A Better Plumber. Low and behold Carla dispatches Juan to our house. This man is amazing! His knowledge of every faucet and facet of plumbing was breathtaking. His workmanship was impeccable. I FINALLY FOUND A BETTER PLUMBING CO! However, due to my husband being a U.S. Federal Magistrate Judge, we happen to be subjected to the results of the Federal Governments “shutdown” and for now, we were pinching pennies with the pending possibility of another “shutdown” . Fortunately, Juan and Monte took care of us without financially breaking us. In the meantime, I look forward to the “Shutdown” being resolved and life getting back to normal so we can have A Better Plumbing Co., send Juan out to repair our 12 year old shower issues.

Just had a visit from A-Better plumbing, my outside water spigot frose during the winter and I could not use the hose. Monte came right over, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it immediately, Yay! I have been calling A-Better Plumbing since I moved in here (2007), underground leak, replacing toilet, sprinkler valves, water softener, water heater, etc; they always respond quickly, show up when they say they will and do excellent work! Monte is a pro!

I got a water bill from last month of $1085, it's normally about $45. Obviously there was a water leak, but saw no leak. I looked on the web and found A Better Plumbing with great reviews and called them.

Juan came out shortly after that and was very knowledgeable, giving me all the options and suggested a good way to check where exactly the leak was.

We came to the conclusion that the leak was in fact in the main water line into the house. He wrote up an estimate and got to work right away. A while later he was joined by Mike who also worked very hard to get the job done.

They started at noon and by 6pm we had water back in the house! They could have quit early and come back another day, but are still here closing up the trench and of course making sure that there are no leaks!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Having a Home Inspection business and being a prior General Contractor and Operating Engineer I am always asked for referrals. Well I have used Monte and Carla for jobs and all my client referrals for years but had never needed them for myself until today. I was changing a shower cartridge before going on an inspection this morning and the cartridge snapped in half! Having to leave to make my appointment on time I had no water and a house of angry teens. So for the first time in my life I had to call a plumber!
Well who do I call and trust in my home with my family! Monte! First time in my life calling a plumber and walking into my home at the end of the day with a shower valve that worked better then when it was installed!
These are the only plumbers I trust in town for new construction,renovation,repair,and sewer inspection. Don't hesitate and call Carla and Monte at A Better plumbing you won't regret it! Family run business to boot!

Hard to get in contact with real person. Watched YouTube videos and liked how they rolled. I wanted to hire this company but with a slab leak they couldn't come out until following week. Went with Dignity Plumbing who hooked us up the following day.

Great people, great service, reasonable prices and they stand behind the work they do. I have used them on more than one occasion and would highly recommend their services.

After looking over reviews I contacted A Better Plumbing to fix my main water line. Fast response, fair pricing, and great service. Juan did a great professional job.

This company's a winner from the 1st phone call to Carla to the final bill. Monte and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, honest and fair. Monte beat the other guys price by several thousand, while not skipping a beat on the repairs!! Don't go to anyone else with their phony pricing and slip shod service. This business knows what great customer service is, by not cheating the consumer OR themselves!

Great prices and fast service. They were able to come and fix an emergency leak the same day. While they were here they repaired a sink drain as well. I will use them again for sure.

boo. own mechanical contracting company in N NV and had to have repairs at elderly parent's home in Vegas. Called and told busy and would call back. That was 4 days ago and no response. Called Ideal Services who came promptly and worked until 9pm to accommodate my travel needs with great expertise. Don't understand the great reviews

Once again, an impressive job. We've worked with A Better Plumbing company for about a year and a half now, having first found them when we needed a new water heater installed, and they have been awesome EVERY TIME. Recently, we needed new fixtures in our kitchen and our bathroom, which has a somewhat weird setup with the sink and built-in mirror, so it was definitely going to be some tricky work. A Better Plumbing did a fantastic job, even tightening down some existing fixtures. Every single time we've done business with them, they've been great -- on time, friendly, PROFESSIONAL and knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. They're a stable, steady business and yeah, we'll be calling them again. They're fantastic.

We got a high water bill so I called A Better Plumbing to come out and they found out the reason for the high water bill. Monte gave me an estimate for routing a new line & said they would put the cost for the leak detection against the estimate. Carla the office mgr scheduled appointment for the next day to route the new line & Monte and his crew did an awesome job and it only took 1 day to complete. I would recommend A Better Plumbing to everyone. Only thing I wish they also did electrical since I need some work done in that area as well but Monte did give me a good referral.

I had a water main break so I need the line to be rerouted. Contacted A-Better to get an estimate for the job. They asked me to take a few pictures to send to them. The estimate came back at 1995 - 2400. The next day they send out a plumber to take a look and came back with a FIXED cost proposal with two options 1999 and 2400(for running pipe inside the wall). I really like the fact that Carla the office lady was prompt in answering all my questions via texts and emails so as leaving no doubt about the details of the job. Their price was several hundreds lower than the other bids so I picked them. They show up on time and got the job completed within 1 and half day. Very professional work. There was a minor issue but the plumber promptly called me to discuss the concern and took care of it the next day. Overall I was very happy that I contacted them for the job. They will be the first one I call should I need any plumbing work in the future. Again dealing with someone like A-Better who is willing to give me a fixed price bid gave me a great peace of mind. I have used A Better Plumbing for about a year now. Despite our hectic work schedule, Carla always manages to get someone to accommodate us. Juan and Monte have come out and have done a great job, they are very thorough and honest. I highly recommend them!

Needed a plumber to help me get some pipes unclogged at my older home, due to many years of grease and lint stuck inside, and the water was unable to drain. The word is out on the street. A Better Plumbing is the best company in town. Family owned, which was a plus, and more comfortable to inquire with. Checked out their website, which was super cool. They were highly recommended, so I called them and left a message. Received a call back very quickly. I spoke to the office manager who was a very nice lady, and made an appointment. A Better Plumbing came to my rescue sooner than anticipated, despite them being busy that same week, helping other customers in different areas of the valley. These guys fixed the pipe problems and pricing was reasonable. The workers did an excellent job, and everyone at A Better Plumbing was dedicated, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much, A Better Plumbing. Will definitely call again, if I ever have any more plumbing issues. Truly recommend this business.

Excellent service. Came by the same day. The problem I had could have easily have cost me hundreds, however they spent almost two hours carefully fixing the problem and saving me a huge amount of money and headache. Hands down best plumber experience I have ever had. Highly recommend.

I contacted this company for a quote and help with a leak that I wasnt sure where it was coming from. I asked if someone could come out and look at it so I would know how bad and costly the repairs were going to be. They wanted me to rip open the exterior wall of my house before the plumber would come. And I quote, For a diagnostic service call there is a charge. Our labor rate is 149 for the 1st hr & 129 for every hr after that. The problem has to be exposed to give a written estimate per my owner. . By the time they finally told me this (20 minutes later) I had already called another company that would be to my home in 2 hours. And it's already fixed. I tried to call this company and I received a text message that said it would be faster to text her. This is really bad customer service and I have no idea why they have received these good reviews. They dont even answer the phone.

I called them to clear a few sewer lines at my rental property, and they were very responsive, calling my tenants within minutes. The work was done without a hitch and the rates were reasonable. I've now used them a few times and each one has been a good experience.

We recently moved into a home in Las Vegas. Shortly after we moved in we received a notice from the water district saying there was high water usage at our home. We called 3 plumbing companies to come give us bids on replacing the water main line from the meter to the house. Monte was the only one who seemed to know what he was talking about. He gave us the lowest bid and left us with a lasting impression. There was no doubt in our minds he was the best man for the job. Monte and his crew came to do the repair today. They did a great job and left the front yard and other areas in better shape then when they got there. Monte is so friendly and personable and easy to talk to. I will be calling him again whenever we need plumbing repair. Thank you Monte :)

I just moved here so didn't know anyone to recommend a plumber when both of my toilets wouldn't flush.
The questions and appt were set up via text before they even opened and I was scheduled the same day!
Sean & Monte showed up with smiles and humor and let me watch.
Once again, the friendly people of Vegas have made me glad I've chosen this as my new home.

Quick response, quality work and honest. Highly recommended. I've had this company out three times for three different problems and I'll never call anyone else.

We had 'A Better Plumbing Company' out to our house for an outside plumbing problem in April of this year. I noticed a leak in our front yard yesterday. The problem was that I did not have our receipt. A Better Plumbing Company came to our home this morning and worked for over 2 hours and fixed the problem with no charge to us. The tech that came out to our house was very nice and accommodating. Good service is hard to come by in Vegas...but not with this company. Very happy with the work done. Now I can enjoy my weekend!!

Would give them 6 stars if allowed. They only charged $190 for leak detection when everyone else charged a minimum of $250. Plus the $190 then gets taken off your bill if you use them for the repair. I ended up just having them replace the whole water main and it cost me less than 1/3 the price that Yes Plumbing would have charged. Great service and great workers. They will offer you different option and proposals to assist you. I will never use another plumber company again. Highly recommend.

I truly believe A better Plumbing is what whey are, better! They did a leak detection in what seemed to be no time at all. Not only where they quick, they where also very friendly, knowledgable, and had a reasonable price unlike other companies in Las Vegas.

GREAT SERVICE AND NO HIDDEN SURPISES ON COST OF SERVICE!! My water heater went out had no hot water that could not wait till next day to fix the first company said wouldnt be able to even come out till the next day so I called a better plumbing company they wcame out with in 2 hours and had me all set up with a new water heater installed by the end of the day WOW thanks!!!!! would highly recommed this company!

I called this business because I received a letter from the Water Department advising me that I possibly have a leak. Called spoke to Carla she was able to get me scheduled for the next day to have them come out. Monty and his crew were able to tell me where the leak was and what would need to be done to fix it. the only thing is I would have to wait for 2 days because they were all booked. needless to say I waited the 2 days and it was fixed as promised.
