I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

Thanks to the plumber, I had a fantastic day today. He was there in 35 minutes. He and his coworker cleaned the hard blockage in a professional, patient, and relentless manner. Thank you very much.

Jerry, came out on a Sunday, and helped us with a leak in our front yard, after we tried a different company first with no success, Jerry put our minds to ease with his knowledgeable plumbing experience and solved our problem. Did not pull permit and did not install hot water heater up to code.

Did not offer options for a broken valve on my homes manifold system. Simply went straight for replumbing the entire house!!!! Wanted us to move out of the house for 2-3 weeks! Talking about putting holes in walls, jack hammering the slab out, holes in custom cabinets!!! $34K!!!!Even though if you Google manifolds you can order them!!! For under $350!!!And the other two places that came out would order the parts, and would take 5-8 hours to fix at a fraction of the cost!!!Sad a large nationwide company is not worried about anything except commission!!!Stay away from Goettl!!!PS did not wear booties in house or offer the free flashlight!PSS they did offer to cut a discount if we put in a water filtration system!!! $$$$$$$!!

Very professional and the best

Patrick was our assigned tech and he was very professional and thorough. He took his time servicing our tankless water heater and we are very confident in his work. This is the fifth year we’ve used Focus Plumbing for our yearly maintenance/flush of our tankless water heater and will definitely continue to use this great company in the future! High fives all around!

Riley was very knowledgeable, not only with services that were need, but also services that were also offered. I’d definitely refer to friends and family for sure!

I don’t know how to start very bad attitude starts from Front Desk and goes on they did some service my location I don’t even know and never send bill or notice I find out from Land Lord they put lien on the property for only $450 service charge anyway we try to make it happen try to pay they so Mean and not take a payment until I see the person serve me paper after 45 days with no notice I need to make appointment for her this is ridiculous never again I will never recommend anybody this people very bad management

The technician was very professional and he presented the options so that I was able to make an educated decision. I would definitely call them again, if I’m in need of a plumber.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Great work. Monty alwas get back to us fast. Does great work, and has very reasonable prices. He has done work before for us. Each time i've been very satisfied. Will call him again.
