The crew that helped me out was very effecient overall. From talking to people on the phone to those who worked at my house. I had one of the guys try and troubleshoot a few things inside to see if maybe we could get my insurance to cover my cost. After seeing it was a problem from outside they were still willing to work with me so that I didn't have to pay the whole thing at once which was greatly appreciated considering it was a pretty big job. They worked on the problem right away and got my leak taken care of. Not sure why the negative reviews because they did the job and got it done.

This company is WAYYYYYYYY over priced. I only use this company because the home warranty company would not let me use a different company. They over charge for everything. I got an estimate from an other company and this are the prices they give me vs 5 star home services

•Recirculate line mode $155... 5star home $300.
•permit $130... 5star home $185
•sediment trap $90... 5star home $120.
Stay away from this company at all cost or it would cost you more $$$

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

Curt came out, evaluated our 25 year old AC unit, and made a recommendation. He was timely, professional, and willing to ask his GM for the best bottom line pricing on a new system. He was highly confident in a Goodman unit and shared his expertise on the thorough job Goettl would do if selected to install our new system. Ed & Brandon came out because my hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. After a few modifications on my new water heater it was up & working. These guys do excellent work. I would recommend Ace to family & friends.

EHS took over the customers of the company that had installed my a/c some years ago. They didn't have to, but they honored the 10 year warrantee I had with the old company when mine needed a new capacitor. Really nice tech. Good job!
