My home warranty assigned this company to repair a plumbing issue. I had water pouring from my bathtub faucet and had to turn the water off to my entire house. This happened on a Monday night, I had an appointment for Wednesday. On Tuesday morning I called when they opened to beg for an appointment that day. They said they were busy and had no openings. I called the warranty company and requested any assistance. Sadly, they couldn't get an appointment for that day either. I kept the appointment for Wednesday. I received an email on Wednesday stating my appointment had been changed to the following Tuesday. An entire week after I submitted the claim. I called and spoke to the rudest lady ever who told me I had no appointment and that they called me and I told them I would call them back. I never received a call from them. She told me the their calls were recorded and basically called me a liar. I told her to listen to the recordings and she would hear the truth. Then she told me I did not have an appointment and if I wanted to set one I needed to make one. I told her she was incorrect about all of this and I would request a new service provider from the warranty. Poor customer service is an understatement.

Have worked with this company for years. They have always been on time and priced reasonable. Would recommend them and have to others.

Tech shows up within the window, looks at the leaks, then has to call his boss to tell him what he sees. Boss has to give direction to the tech over the phone. None of this gives me confidence that the tech will be able to appropriately address the leaks. The boss then recommended shower cartridge replacements ($50 part at Home Depot) and quotes $1,700 in parts and labor to complete the job. I told him it was WAYYYY over what I was planning on spending and he subsequently wanted to negotiate price on what should be three $50 parts and labor at no more than $150 per hour. Kindly, asked the Tech to leave and also called Goettl to cancel my membership. WHAT A RIP!!

The can't stick to their own time schedules that they agreed upon and now are charging us more money because they can't properly manage their own time. On top of that this project was supposed to be finished tuesday and here it is 2 days later and they have just barely begun to get to the pipe that need replaced. I would look literally everywhere else before hiring these people. 10 of out 10 would not recommend.

I had a repair technician by the name of Mike from Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair come to my home, he was very professional as well as friendly. He called 20 minutes before arriving in addition to sending a text which included a picture of himself.I've always had very positive interactions with all the staff from this company whether it be front office or service/repair technicians.

They're fast and efficient and definitely a great company to work with. They did seem a little bit pricey but we were in an emergency situation they knew it and so did we. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
