Amazing service! My first call to Techcool was at 6:30PM on Monday (Sorry Hector 🥴). I explained that my father had returned home that day to find the AC dead and the thermometer at 113°. Although it was late in the day, he arrived at my fathers home within 30 minutes. After trying to triage a 23 year old AC system, we agreed that the cost/effort to repair was inappropriate for a system of that age. I asked for a quote to completely replace the AC and Heating system, which he sent later that evening. Although the Corona-situation has diminished inventory of available systems, he was able to find a system that met my specific request and dispatched a team of experts that removed the old and installed the new system the very next day. I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer orientation. Give Techcool a chance. They are fabulous.

I'll request Silver State Refrigeration & HVAC for any future needs. I called & made appointment yesterday, HVAC Technician Arnold Ag arrived. He completed all repairs with expertise making sure I was pleased with all work performed. He spent full day working/troubleshooting issues. Great job!

These guys came to repair or replace my hot water heater. They were called on Saturday by my home warranty company and couldn't show up till Tuesday afternoon . When the technician arrived, he arrempted to drain. It. He shut it off, called mush and told he could not do the job because the stand wasn't fastened to the wall and the water heater was not under warranty from the manufacturer. He also told me the tank wouldn't drain because it was full of sediment. The date on the tank was decent 2017. My home warranty company called me and disallowed my claim because of the technician report. He said it was a manufacturer defect. The next day I called the manufacturer and they said it is under warranty. Howevvt, they require a plumbing contractor. They refused to sell to the homeowner. Five star wanted $1100.00 to replace my tank. So I drained the tank myself, bought a new tank from Lowe's and installed it myself. Five star will never work on my house again. The technician flat lied to me and the warranty ct. Screw you!!!

Had them out for service on Wednesday. Tech added 2lbs of freon. $400Sunday ac is not working. Blowing hot air. Called them out again. Tech can't figure out problem. There's a leak somewhere and he can't find. Leak detection crew will be out Monday between 8:30 and 11. Noone shows up. Call them at 11:30. There's nothing scheduled for you. Finally we get, Our most senior leak tech will be there in 30 minutes. This guy🤦🏻‍♀️ Matt. He told us 3 different stories about our ac. We can't find a leak. It's the coil $6000. It's this It's that.....we can get the parts but it will take 2 months $3000 oh, here's the leak but we won't touch it. If you need it done now, you need to replace the system. $9000Ok, let us think about it. Called another company. They come out within an hour. Right away he finds the leak and not where goettl said it was. Leak fixed, 13 lbs of freon and $900 later.....we have ac again.Goettl charged $89 for the first visit plus freon at $155 per gallon. 2nd person charged $50 per gallon and $150 for visit and repair.If you want an honest ac guy, reach out and I will tell you who to go with.

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!
