This is Goettle plumbing. The people were nice and friendly THAT is the star. I needed two outdoor faucets replaced due to leaking from hard water. This Goetle plumbing charged 49.00 service charge. So I figure maybe a hundred dollars BUT THEY QUOTED 675.00 I paid them 49.00 service charge and told them to leave. I told them that was WAY TOO MUCH and that ETERNAL plumbing was not like that. I won't repeat smarty on the phone said because Eternal plumbing was a very good company I used in the past . Goetle plumbing highway robbery!! I dont recommend at all.

Frank showed up within the hour late night, next morning showed up with all the necessary parts and replaced my water heater. Great job, clean, professionally done and improved my setup too. thanks Frank

The ac at my rental property was leaking. After four second opinions, I met a technician from Mastermind Mechanical and can I say it was the best services. Every tech who looked at the Ac recommended to replace it. the technician from Mastermind was extremely honest with his opinion and he was the only one who came out pulled the entire thing apart cleaned it and made a few adjustments. Highly recommended.

Rick came to my house on 6/27/2019, to find a leak in the water lines in the front yard. He arrived on time, quickly found the problem. Explained every thing that needed to be done. Was very very polite, and knowledgeable. He had a cheerful and friendly attitude. Fixed the problem and cleaned up everything. I would like to have him come when ever I have a plumbing problem.

I had a leak in my slab.  I called my home warranty company and they sent a low tiered plumber.  They right away quoted me $6k to reroute my plumbing above the foundation.  I never like using the home warranty companies, so I called and ended up meeting with 3 other contractors. Vegas contractors are known for being shadey, and the ones that came out also wanted to reroute my pipes...and the price kept going up.

After doing a lot of research on rerouting pipes, I came across LV Restoration.  On the phone, the woman who answered was able to answer a lot of questions and she seemed super knowledgeable about plumbing.  She conference called me with one of their technicians and discussed the issue.  They agreed a reroute may be needed but wanted to come check it out in person.... AND AT NO CHARGE!

Here's where is gets really good..... Brian.  So Brian comes to my house and I explain all that I thought I knew about my issue.  He too agreed that we MAY need a reroute, but he did something Crazy. He actually said lets open the walls up where the manifolds are and investigate what the problem is before we commit to doing a larger scale job.  Brian said he has done many of these types of jobs in the past and would know exactly where to look and exactly what to do, in order to minimize the amount of unnecessary work.

So Brian came to my home, opened up the wall (as shown in the picture), did simple diagnosis that he has learned with his years of experience, and showed me which one of the copper lines had the leak.  He cut the line and capped it, and there was no leak to the rest of the house!!!  So now we had to figure out which location the bad pipe went to.  This is important because instead of rerouting the entire house, we would only need to reroute the one damaged line.  Turns out it was an old line capped off during a remodel 20 years ago...AND WE DIDN'T NEED TO REROUTE ANYTHING, JUST CAP OFF THE LINE.

Brian could have easily taken my wallet for a ride today, but he was very honest and thorough.  The price I paid was a fraction of any quote.  The frustrations were eliminated today.  I can't stress enough how great this company is.

BEST Air Conditioning and Robert were fantastic! Thank you. On Sunday, July 29, we had an AC unit which was not working properly. I called and spoke to Robert. In less than 90 minutes Robert was at our home and checking out our problem. I cannot thank Robert and BEST enough....Thank you! We are so impressed, we plan to call the office in the morning to talk about their maintenance program. Well done.

Service was really superb. They were so nice, professional and honest.
Although their job really was installing the hot water recirculating pump to provide us hot water immediately, we still have to wait for a little while before we feel the hot water.

I had an emergency situation with a leak in my ceiling and my co-worker referred me to Plumbing Solutions. Dennis Jones came to fix the problem and he was excellent!! He not only fixed the problem, but he also educated me about how the problem occurred and what I can do for maintenance in the future.
