Amazing service! My first call to Techcool was at 6:30PM on Monday (Sorry Hector 🥴). I explained that my father had returned home that day to find the AC dead and the thermometer at 113°. Although it was late in the day, he arrived at my fathers home within 30 minutes. After trying to triage a 23 year old AC system, we agreed that the cost/effort to repair was inappropriate for a system of that age. I asked for a quote to completely replace the AC and Heating system, which he sent later that evening. Although the Corona-situation has diminished inventory of available systems, he was able to find a system that met my specific request and dispatched a team of experts that removed the old and installed the new system the very next day. I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer orientation. Give Techcool a chance. They are fabulous.

Sunday afternoon. Call from tenant, No hot water for 2 days.We locate Precision Plumbing and Kym is on the line. What a dream. Not only did she tell us we would have a plumber in a few hours but she would try to locate someone and see if they could get there sooner. Enter Jim who arrives at location within 30 minutes of our call to Kym, He was very efficient and professional and fixed our problem within minutes. Needless to say our tenant was delighted. We will recommend Precision Plumbing to all of our friends and family because we really feel that they cared that someone who just had no hot water is important.

I can't say enough good things about this company, Haik is super knowledgeable, and doesn't quit until the job is done and you are satisfied, I've felt with other companies and most unlike Mastermind Mechanical they try to upsell and do extras that aren't needed, Haik gave us exactly what we wanted and needed. Fingers crossed we won't be needing his assistance for a long time to come but I can guarantee if and when we do he will be the one and only one called for service!! If you have a choice why wouldn't you pick the best 1st!! Thanks for the outstanding work.

The company sent Trevor to my home to obtain a second opinion for a warranty company. Not only did he say he could do the repair the same day with warranty company approval but he would obtain the approval immediately. The sewer line issue had been going on for over a week by the time this company was sent to my home. He went to his truck and contacted the warranty company and was given approval to do the work. The issue was resolved with only a little follow up to be done by me with the city sewer services department. Trevor was professional and knowledgable. Am extremely satisfied with work done when another company had proposed over $25,000 worth of work and at least another week of waiting time. This will be my go to plumbing company for all plumbing issues in the future.

Called LV Restoration to find out if it was possible to repair 2 bathrooms of a house we acquired the rooms ate a total rebuild with possible sewer issues. Receptionist did not understand you cannot turn water there are no fixtures but scheduled a appraisal.Brandon came over understood problems discussed everything and said would start moving. Then nothing happened after 2 weeks called back got rude Receptionist she said they were busy I understand that but how much and when could this be started, she says $11500 over the phone of course I asked what does that include and where did that number come from, then I was told There seems to be bad blood have don't call back. I asked to speak with the owner, he called back quickly apologized and next day sent Bobby to inspect . That went well he was knowledgeable and professional told us to look at fixtures and described the cultured marble tops. We went to Floor and decor, Home depot, lowes found cabinets flooring toilets while waiting on estimate. Bobby called once said things were moving along a will get back, then nothing finally 5/25 Receptionist called left a message 1 of the team's was holding up the estimate. Since then nothing again. This company is way too much trouble to bother with

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

I have had a on going issue with my heater for about 3 weeks. Patrick came out the first time and tested the unit found what the issue was at that time and fixed it, but it only lasted a day and it went out again. Mason came out and was very determined to find out what the issue was. He was very thorough and checked everything possible. He explained everything to me in detail and was able to finally get the heater fixed and running properly. Both technicians were clean and professional. They both took the time to diagnose the unit and troubleshoot what the problem was. I will always recommend Express Home Services as they always go above and beyond to help solve the problem.

Great place full of great people

I don’t know which was better, his price or the great job he did on my new kitchen faucet. In fact, one company that came to my house first (and I won’t mention the name) wanted 3X more than what he charged me! He’s the only plumber I’ll be calling in the future. Thanks a bunch Dino.

Raptor Plumbing gets a 5 star from me.

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!
