Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

I just had the best repair man experience ever Hector treated me like family I got a a.c. check such a straight up person also he looked at my hot water heater that I was going to replace and told me to just by this part saved me big time thanks again there are still real good repair man in the world

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. Very knowledgeable, explained the system and what to expect in the first couple of days and were extremely courteous. On behalf of my husband and I we are beyond grateful of GOETTL Air Conditioning and Plumbing Service. Our AC Unit was not pushing out any cold air. Other than our kids we have 3 dogs.. mind you these past few days its been over 110 degrees. We called our home owners insurance on 07/26 and received the most poorest quality of Service from the Air Conditioning company they sent out 07/28. Come to find out our home owners insurance company is conveniently closed on weekends, so we called Goettl. Within 24 hours they sent a tech to our home. Not only was the customer rep just amazing over the phone but she was EXTREAMLY PROFESSIONAL. The tech Kenneth came over evaluated our situation and provided us with a sense of care and comfort that Goettl is able to assist us with our AC issue. Although we had to purchase a whole new AC Unit... the process was smooth, professional and extremely satisfying. The gentlemen that came to our home to remove and install our AC Unit complete the work with in 6-7hours. Again everyone whom we were in contact with were very professional and kind to our family.***we would definitely recommend this company moving forward to others in our situation***THANK YOU!

Ran late and kept pushing the time back and we eventually had to reschedule. They came on the reschedule date and were prompt and efficient.

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

I wish I could take away the star I needed to write this review. My landlord sent ACE to install a new air conditioner on Monday. I received a call at work and they informed me they realized they didn’t have the part and asked if I would be ok with no ac over night until they could get the part. I told them no I have 4 kids so they offered a portable unit if I allowed them to start the process removing my ac so I agreed. TUESDAY morning my kids call me while I’m working complaining ACE technicians came Back out and removed the portable ac but did not install the new UNIT. It’s now Friday night... and guess what I still have no ac because the technicians came and started the process .. promised they would finish... and as soon as I left to get my kids food (it’s too hot to cook) they left... they left trash all over my floor... there is wires hanging everywhere... and now because my condo has been without air all week the refrigerator is no longer working properly and all food in the freezer is melting. I called the office to complain and again they are telling me it will be done tomorrow.... SAVE YOUR TIME DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I will be reaching out to a lawyer and complaining with any and every state and city officials office I can find.

They took over for Air Serve. Gave me more information about my system and how it is performing than they did.

The can't stick to their own time schedules that they agreed upon and now are charging us more money because they can't properly manage their own time. On top of that this project was supposed to be finished tuesday and here it is 2 days later and they have just barely begun to get to the pipe that need replaced. I would look literally everywhere else before hiring these people. 10 of out 10 would not recommend.

Cannot thank Clayton enough for his work!!! I accidentally flushed my engagement ring down the toilet and they were able to retrieve it for me without any cutting into floors or walls. Clayton was here and getting to work within an hour of my fiancé calling BEST AC Plumbing repair. Very professional, knowledgeable, and clean. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair for any future needs!

Two months ago I had water coming through my downstairs air vent with no idea why or how. Active showed up within the hour to help and they fixed the seal. Then, today, my shut off valve would NOT shut the water off. So I called them again, and sure enough
Isaac was here within the hour to replace it. The job was quick. The price was fair. And so I'll continue to use them in the future. Happy with them all around both times. These guys are solid.
