My hot water heater started leaking the morning before my vacation. My handyman was out of town so he recommended Precision Plumbing. I called them at 7:30 am and by 10:00 am I had a new water heater completely installed and everything cleaned up. Phenomenal response- vacation saved.

If you live in LV for long you know how tough it can be to find a good contractor so I have given enough time so I can evaluate as accurately as possible. Mastermind installed my new furnace, thermostat, changed air filters, performed A/C maintenance, replaced shower cartridge, over the last several months and Haik has always been responsive/ontime, and FAIR in pricing. Believe me, I got other estimates so I know. His work is excellent and I believe I can trust that he stands by the work. I was able to get financing via a 3rd party but through Mastermind for the furnace so that helped a lot. Being a local business really is a plus also.

Can't review the work they would've/could've/should've done, since the technician never showed up. They blamed me for not calling them to confirm the morning of my appt, even though their voicemail to me said THEY were confirming the appt. They offered to reschedule, but no thanks. I'll look elsewhere.From their other reviews it appears they would've done good/great work, but I don't appreciate the onus of appt confirmation being shoved off on me.Note to other companies: When I make an appt with you, that IS my confirmation that I'll hold up my end of the bargain.

I hired a contractor to come into my kitchen to remove a couple of cabinets to get to a slab leak....a few hours later, my kitchen was gone. It's a long, miserable story. The most important part is always the ending anyways. After meeting with a few contractors to come in and repair the damage, I ended up hiring LV Restoration. From the second they walked in my door, IT WAS ON....these guys were on a mission. Immediately went to work, if something didn't seem like it wasn't going to plan, they pulled me in to discuss my options. Every corner of my new kitchen was put together perfectly, outstanding workmanship and not a detail left undone. The owner, his crew, true blue....they had me at hello. Professional, ON-TIME, polite and knew what they were doing...... I absolutely love my kitchen! If you have a project and you want it done the right the first time, no games, no nonsense, call LV Restoration. Veteran owned and operated, a total bonus!

Had my new ac and heat pack installed in 06.
Excellent installation. Works great. Just had a Maitenance service and all in specks. I've used a couple of other area companies for equipment check ups and have been underwhelmed with their technicians. Silver state left nothing out. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Had a stuck shower single handle faucet core and Dino's subject matter expert had the right tools and expertise to remove and replace it in a matter of 10 minutes after his arrival. A real life saver.

Levi arrived on time and gave us a call 30 minutes prior as promised. He identified the problem and explained everything to us - we needed a Pressure Release Valve, as ours was the original one and had never been replaced.
