Franko was great. Got in there, found the leak in the wall quickly, got the supplies ordered and Basil arrived and got the problem corrected. The customer service was excellent from the office to the people who showed up at the house. I would definitely recommend Eternal Plumbing. Have used others in the past and all were crazy expensive and the experience was not pleasant. And they have a surprisingly superb military and first responder discount program. Give them a call!!

Call someone else! They tried to charge my wife over $800 for what amounted to $80 in parts (retail) and maybe an hour of labor (replace shower valve cartridge - $365, replace toilet fill valve and flapper - $289, replace water supply line - $149).

Goettl tried to shamelessly swindle me on 01/04/2023. I am a single, female homeowner. I paid a $149 service fee and the Goettl technician came to look at the hot water heater. It had started to leak and wasn’t working. He said it needed to be replaced. When he called someone at Goettl to get me a quote on installing a new, basic 40-gallon gas water heater (not tankless and nothing special), he returned with an obscenely high quote. The quote range I was provided was from $4000 to over $5000 (yes… 4 to 5+ grand) for installation of a hot water heater. Because I had a 50-gallon replaced with almost exact circumstances only months ago at a property out-of-area, I was shocked by the quote. When I asked the technician for specifics about why it was so high, I was told it included the new appliance, installation, a warranty, and disposal. I obviously went with a different licensed company today (01/05/2023) and spent $1450. My experience with Goettl was underwhelming and frankly, upsetting. I wouldn't trust them and I wouldn’t waste $149 on a service call- they seem perfectly fine trying to prey on and exploit their customers.

Express Home Services is a great company. I had purchased a complete system from another company that was sold to them since the owner decided to retire. Instead of making my life miserable they not only took me on as client, but they honored all warranty and maintenance contracts to ensure that I was protected. They also included a free year of maintenance checks for Heating as well as AC to welcome me as a new customer. I highly recommend this company and Patrick McAuliffe ( Service Technician) for any of your HVAC needs.

Last weekend I arrived home early Sunday morning to find my water heater had stopped working and was flooding my garage. I had been referred to Dino several weeks earlier by a friend and decided to call him to see if he could help me out. He arrived within the hour, immediately stopped the water from flooding and then helped me cleanup the mess.

He then explained that he would go pick out a water heater that was the appropriate size for me house and have it installed right away. The entire process was completed very quickly and the total bill for both the water heater and the labor was much less that I anticipated. I am definitely going to be using Dino's Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend that if you ever need a plumber, Dino is the right person to call.
