What a tremendous company! From square one, starting with Kyle making sure we got the unit that would work best for us! Then Brendan, John and Nick did an AMAZING job taking care of our installation. Not a single part of our heater/ac install was easy but all three made sure the job was done right.

I'm very grateful for the quick service I received from Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning. I was in a pickle the Monday before Thanksgiving (a short work week) with a leaky shower head that I thought was getting water in a carpeted area of my home. TL is an absolute pro and came and took care of my problems very quickly. I've used them in the past. They're fantastic! I absolutely recommend.

I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!! I have been unable to get a response back regarding an open order to fix my Air Conditioning Unit, this has been going on for over a week and three days prior to that which was a weekend plus the first Monday of the week. This company came out on a Tuesday the representative was very knowledgeable but for the rest of the company SUCKS. HOME WARRANTY SAYS THEY ARE WAITING FOR A REPORT FROM AC PRO COMPANY TO DISPATCH SOMEONE OUT TO COMPLETE THE JOB. Have been put on hold for extremely long times to speak to representative. 😡😡

Wow! Called Alaskan this morning and they had a tech out a few hours later! Matthew, our technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what was causing our problem with our compressor and then went around the house adjusting our vents. Great company and will refer our friends and family in the future!

This was the only company I called that actually responded to an after hours call and sent a technician out! Even though it was so late Scott was amazing! He was courteous and friendly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Not that it matters but he was quite the hunk! Hubba hubba!
