My water heater's pilot light would not ignite, so I called Anytime Plumbing at 5:00 p.m. Fearing that it was too late for someone to be dispatched, Nicole reassured me that she would send someone out that evening which was such a relief!!Jared T. to the rescue....He was professional, friendly and was quick to diagnose what the problem was. After checking all the wiring he reignited the pilot. I decided that I would have the ignitor replaced. He said he would be back the next day around 12:00, and he was there at 12:00 with parts in hand and replaced it. I feel very fortunate to be a patron of Anytime. Will be requesting Jared for all of my plumbing calls.

Two service providers pulled up and everything was maybe or no the situation changed during the investigation of leak. In the end no work scheduled or done due to uncertainty of the product or personal available. 24/7 was a misinformation 25 dollars spend on lip service.

Where do I even start with Goettl? I had purchased their membership back in may and had my first checkup. The tech said my compressor was not running at capacity so he mentioned with a new unit for 10-12k or a compressor saver and duct repair for 2k. We really didn’t have the money for either but I’d didn’t want the AC to go out in the summer. So we spent the 2k and not even two months later the compressor went out and they came out, charged me $49 to tell me my ac wasn’t working and it would be 15k now. Jeremy told me he would email my quote (which he never did even after I called and ask two days ago) and left the fuse off my ac unit. He never properly put my AC back the way it was. I spoke with Eric who couldn’t refund me my $49 nor could price match another company I ended up calling out to quote me. But he did tell me he would work on getting me my $199 refund on my membership. I am still waiting for that refund as of today. Overall Goettl was not responsive and did not meet or exceed my expectations. I would not recommend to anyone. My friend was considering using them and sent her somewhere else instead.

Benny from Boss plumbing was great. He was punctual, diagnosed the problem efficiently and resolved the problem. Determined the cause, location and fixed a pipe leaking under my sink quickly. He was very professional throughout. Good to see that my home warranty company actually uses trusted and competent contractors. Thanks Benny you were great. Forgot to mention the girls on the phone. Courteous and professional. TOP CLASS BUSINESS ALL AROUND!

I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route. Still additional comments from owner, I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next. I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.

Needed a water heater replaced. Our house is set up for a power vent fan and requires additional work to attach the exhaust vents. Good price and quick service.
Oh well. Spring and summer show up and the unit wasn't quite a perfect replacement. Wanted us to pay way too much to fix.
Follow up service wasn't as prompt, either. Two plus hours after scheduled appointment three separate times.

HVAC team is professional. Khoder Hachem was good, truthful, transparent, knowledge and helpful.Plumbing team, on the other hand, needs to improve to be in line with their corporate value.Edit: The company is very responsive and take responsibility till the end. I love that they were available to come out and install a water heater the same day. Even when I was indecisive on whether to use them. Opio came to inspect the first time, he was though and knowledgeable in explaining the problem. Willing to do the work that moment. I hesitate because I thought I could do it cheaper. After calling different company out they seem like handyman. So I called Active Plumbing back which was the next day; and Issac came and did the work the same day. Their uniform are professional looking and their mannerisms was excellent. I felt confident I made the right decision. The water heater looks so nice and I finally have some hot water after being without for 5 days. I highly recommend.

Steve F. & Maritza are fantastic! Shorty after making a phone call to the managing office, Steve called to introduce himself & Simply AC. Steve is so polite and shows genuine concern. The lack of customer service that is so rampant in Las Vegas HAS NOT penetrated this company. Steve is friendly & professional, he took the time to listen to my concerns. After carefully inspecting my HVAC, Steve patiently explained the issues and stated the needed parts were still under warranty. (No price gouging here !!). Before leaving he ordered the needed parts. First thing this morning I received an happy & excited call from Maritza, informing me of my options for scheduling an appointment TODAY, the needed parts were already available. 30 minutes before Steve was to return I received a 2nd phone call to let me know he was on his way and Steve showed up right on time. True to his word, the repairs took less than an hour and my AC is running like the fridge I remember. Definitely 5 Star service. So very grateful to Steve & Simply AC for going ABOVE & BEYOND the Las Vegas norm. Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.
