Mr. Diego did an outstanding, amazing, great, informational and helpful job at finding and fixing our sink faucet in our home! He stopped and turned off the running water that was continuously running from the sink! After he performed a miraculous job, He explained to us the problem and cause of the sink faucet valves not working on our sink! He was very professional, polite, intelligent, positive and hard working! His work was A+! I was told that someone would be here between 12 and 4. I let them know on the phone that I would need hydrojetting. A tech showed up at 1:30 p.m. he said he had nothing in his paperwork that said there was any clog and he didn't have a snake or a hydro jet. He said another tech would be here within 1 hour to with the snake to fix the clog, I reminded him out needs a hydrojet. Finally at about 4:00 I received a call saying that the tech with the snake would be on the way. I explained that a snake was not going to be sufficient. At about 5:30 a tech finally showed up and he had a snake. I told him he was going to need a hydrojet. He was very kind and he gave it his best effort but he said all he had was a snake and if that didn't work then they would be back. Now I know from experience and what another company told me in the past that in less than a year this is going to clog again I'm going to have to pay the copay to the home warranty company again and it's going to be a continual problem until it gets hydrojetted. I am not impressed with this company at all. All they have to do is the right process which a tech informed me last year needed to be done to fix the problem permanently. If the home warranty company wants to send these guys again I will refuse.
Update- We are now two weeks later and the backup happened again, because the repair was improper. I told the guy that it was going to happen like that. I called the home warranty company and they said that 5 star told them that my line was clogging because I was draining my pool into my kitchen sink. What an absurd claim! Luckily the home warranty company is sending out another provider.

Boss plumbing (Benny and Jeremy) just finished fixing the toilet flanges in both my bathrooms. The work was excellent but the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Boss sends you a link to track the plumber when they are on the way and the office was quick to reply to my questions.

Horrible!!! Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars!!!!!My water heater went out on a Sunday night they were called Monday. Waited waited waited for call to schedule service. Finally called them and COULDNT get to me until Thursday and if I needed new water heater I wouldn’t have hot water until the following week. Awful customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ended up going to someone else and it was all done within a couple hours ❤️❤️❤️

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

Elijah was very courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us options to best solve our problem with a 60 yr old house based on his assessment after a thorough examination. He cleaned up his work are leaving it cleaner than it was before his arrival. He fixed our sewer line and drains perfectly. He showed us the tree roots found in our sewer line and recommended a Hydro clean in the not to distant future to prolong the life of the drain.

Dr. Maria Gutierrez and I are very impressed with the quality of work preformed by Elijah and honestly feel Rotor Rooter gave exceptional service for the reasonable expense of the service. We will call them for future plumbing needs.

You call Action Plumbing if you want things done quickly. Juan showed up at the time they said he would. He looked at the problem, bought the materials, and fixed it. We tried to fix our own tub drain but ended up getting frustrated instead. Juan saved the day within an hour! I would definitely call them again.

Another 5 star review for these guys! After a fantastic job last year helping me out with a different issue, I knew as soon as I saw a new leak who I'd be calling.

Chris came out today, quoted me a fair price and took care of my problem quickly. He is a super friendly guy I enjoyed chatting with who was happy to explain everything to me before, during and after the repair.

I hope not to need a plumber again, but as a homeowner, it is of course inevitable. I am really happy I found a plumber I trust!

Excellent! I'm so glad I found this company! Called them on Saturday at 10:30 AM for an outside leak after receiving an outrageous quote from another plumber. By 5:45PM, Anthony had dispatched, investigated, quoted, dug up the yard, left to get the parts he needed and completed the repair, and for significantly less than the other quotes I'd received.

Anthony even identified a potential future issue (of which I was already aware) and gave me a very reasonable quote for the preventative maintenance that will likely save me from future leaks and repairs.

Dealing with expensive home repairs is obviously something no one looks forward to, but all in all, I'm very happy with the service performed by Anthony and American Brothers and once I save enough in the budget to complete the maintenance they recommended, they'll be my only call.

Miguel arrived earlier than expected. He gave me suggestions on my new faucet. He completed the work in less than an hour at a reasonable price. He double checked to make sure everything was working correctly. I would use them again!!

I called Michelle, she scheduled the guys to come out next day, Jose arrived on time and fixed my water heater in 15 minutes. Great service as always, highly recommend these guys.
