Called Techcool for a kitchen sink issue. Received a response very quickly and set an appointment for the following day. My tech Javiar showed up within the first hour. Very polite and even put booties on his feet before coming into my home. Quickly found the problem and took care of it. Even put my planter and flower pots back in place!! Look no further than this company for any of your AC support needs! They are the best! Vince Massa came out to help us when our AC stopped cooling. He made sure that everything was fixed and had to troubleshoot multiple issues with our very difficult unit. He checked in multiple times to make sure things were good & cared about our unit being repaired same day so we had a comfortable night of sleep. He also made sure the process of repairing our unit was affordable and we know we would not have found a better value anywhere else. We are so grateful & highly recommend Vince and this company!

Honest plumbers! I couldn't believe it! I was prepared for the worst, but when the plumber arrived, he figured out what was wrong and no new parts were needed. He took the brand new garbage disposal back out to his truck - he could have installed it and I would've never known it wasn't needed. He knew it though, and his honesty trumped his profit motive! Karma says 10 times good will come to Dino's Plumbing and all theirs, because they put MY interests first.

Excellent service, had a new garbage disposal installed in no time.

W e had our water heater go out last night. Water was leaking from the top and bottom of the unit. There was no hot water. We went to Home Depot to get a quote for a water heater and installation. Home Depot doesn't actually do the install and sale. They farm it out to others. When we got the quote for the water heater and install, it was $2400 $554 for the water heater and $1800+ for installation!!?? That's a rip off!! Then we called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC and the polite woman who took the call was very nice and understood our dilemma and quoted $1400. Thank you for the fantastic work too.
