Best Emergency Call in Las Vegas NV

We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

I bought a new refrigerator that could not be installed because the water line for the water dispensers on the old refrigerator could not be disconnected from the wall. I called some other plumber that quoted me $960.00 to replace that shut off valve. I called Nevada Plumbing Authority for another estimate. Andrew came to my house and was able to shut the valve off and pull the line from my existing refrigerator out. No repairs were necessary. I saved $960.00 because I found an honest and competent company. I am grateful that I found them. It is a relief that he did not try to sell me a repair that was unnecessary. My technician was on time and very professional. I had a problem with my tub and they took care of the problem right away. I had 2 other plumbers look at the tub issue and their price and professionalism was the best. I highly recommend Techcool for all your plumbing needs!

I have used this service before, however, their service is lacking now. They asked me to reschedule one day, which I agreed to, and then today they had me waiting all day, and then sent my technician to another job. I won't use a service that treats its own customers poorly.

I called LV Restoration to make an appointment for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. I was given an appointment for Thursday, 2/11, at 12:30 p.m. with Louis. On Thursday, at 1:00, Louis was still not at our home & I hadn't heard from LV Restoration. I called the business & was told he was on his way. Louis arrived, looked around our kitchen, & left, letting us know he would have an estimate to us by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I called the office after Louis left & confirmed they had our email address for the estimate. On Friday (2/19) of the next week, 3-4 days after the time promised for the estimate, I had still not received an estimate from Louis. I again called the office. The woman answering the phone told me she would contact Louis immediately & either have him get the estimate to me or let me know what was going on. It has now been over a month since our appointment with Louis & almost a month since I called to find out where our estimate was. We haven't received an estimate or heard from LV Restoration. I can't comment on the quality or value of the work because we didn't even get that far. What I can say is that in the limited contact I had with the business, Louis arrived late to our appointment without letting us know. Louis failed to provide an estimate by the time promised. The office failed to keep us updated or to follow up with us. Needless to say, we did not use LV Restoration for our remodel.

Overall had an awesome experience, put in my request for service and was sent a tech within the hour! Vince my service tech was awesome took really good care of me.He answered all my questions accurately and was straight forward with his assessment and helped me all the way through why my whole system needed to be replaced. Matt my installer came out next day and got the job done efficiently and was polite as well as professional, answered all my questions and walked me through my new AC system features and functions. I’d recommend them to anyone who is having an issue with an appliance. Thanks again silver state for the best experience in a not so great situation!

Used this company to do annual flush of my tankless water heater, a highly recommended procedure here in the Las Vegas area due to the hrs water. Very professional and great to work with. Arrived as promised & was given a call when he was 10 minutes away. The only thing I didn't like was I had 2 jobs needing a bid ,& the written bid didn't have a breakdown for each one.

We needed to have an outdoor hose bib replaced and after cancelling with another company we scheduled an appointment with Active Plumbing. They were quick to set an appointment, didn’t charge extra for service on a Sunday, arrived on time and quickly had the job done despite complications. Glad we scheduled with Active Plumbing and AC!

They were hired to install a 2 gas line for a pool heater and gas grill.
They promise to start the next day for me which they did right on time that they promise me.
