I wanted air conditioning service for maintenance for the whole house. I called Techcool and the maintenance was handled pretty fast. Everything was in order, punctual and for a fair amount of money.

Haik and his team were prompt, courteous & professional. Haik was able to answer all of our questions and the work was done completely to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Mastermind Mechanical to anyone in need of their services.

I call them to do A backflow test and they told me they would be out within a few hour well they never show up so I call them and ask them they told me that they couldn't make it in and didn't even bother to let me know so I scheduled again for the next they and same thing Happened so they told me that for sure the next they and I call them earlier to see what was going on and she tells me that she will not be able to make it until Tomorrow. So I finally cancel with them I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

My water bill was double than what it usually is and LV Plumbing came and found the issue within a few minutes. Gentleman that came was very polite and recommended exactly what needs to be done. Thanks LV Plumbing!

Robert did a wonderful job yesterday. He replaced my garbage disposal and fixed my toilet in less than an hour. Robert acted very professionally and he know what he is doing.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had with any type of repair/service company. Jason the technician, was extremely polite, down to Earth, knowledgeable, and professional. I thought I had an issue with my ac unit, but Jason thoughtfully explained and put to rest any concerns I had. The consultation was absolutely free, no gimmicks or silly business. This company exudes integrity, transparency, great business ethics and reliability. Will 100% do business with them again.

2 other plumbing companies couldn't fix a difficult clog. Ace stayed late and got the job done at a great price. Very thrilled.

Their dispatchers are awful. They dont seem to care or have any sense of urgency. Vegas is a hot place. When you have small children and elderly exposed to the heat, being rebuffed and hung up on by thier dispatch is very disheartening. I will never go throgh them again. Last year was the same issue and they didnt even replaced the part they were paid to do. Cant be counted on.

Adam Marhefka came out to inspect my AC he knew exactly what was wrong with it within minutes took care of the situation and now me and my family have cold air throughout the house Thank You MR. Adam

George and Jason did a great job Of replacing old water lines and shut off valves, replacing RO cartridges, and replacing worn out toilet fixtures. The company works with you in pricing when a lot of work is being done.

Great next day service. Our AC had a refrigerant leak which Omar diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. We've got cool air again before the summer heat is upon us!

I have property's in Las Vegas, unfortunately we don't live there at present. I was using another AC Repair service and was hit with a huge estimate, not more than 7 months after they claimed to have repaired it. I called friends and they told me Rakeman does Air Conditioning and to call them. I called and talked to the owner and he put me through to his service manager. I shared what my tenant told me, and what the other company told me, he offered to come himself and evaluate the situation. Turns out, the other AC company was either incompetent or lying, Rakeman saw the problem, fixed it and saved me over $2500.00!
I was treated fairly, fast, professionally, and more important, like one of the family. Tremendous experience!
