I have used Rakeman many times in the past and will use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs. They have cleaned our drains, replaced pipes in the walls and underground, fixed bathroom problems and more. They always show up fast and do the job neat and quick. I recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber.

Unfair they don't update you 30 min. Before coming. They send someone and then call so you don't get option if there needed and then they want to charge you.

I have been using Rakeman Plumbing for over 20 years. They have handled numerous jobs, from clogged drains, complicated basement sump pump issues, slab leaks and tricky outside snake jobs. They are punctual, professional and I highly recommend them for any plumbing job, large or small.

From start to finish Alex did a fantastic job. The plumbing issues I had turned out to be more complicated than anticipated. But Alex resolved them all with a smile and perseverance. Thanks for Dawn's help too!

I had been without water for 4 days because the first guy that came out said he couldn't fix the leak til the water from the leak dried up. I live in a mobile home so I proceeded to remove all the skirting from the back end of my home to give the ground a chance to dry up. Then this other guy comes to give me an estimate on how much and then says this will be an easy fix, I can do it right now!!!!! How wonderful!! I hadn't had running water in days!!!! Thank goodness for Junior!!!! If you want a job well done and quick, make sure you get Junior to do it for you! If it wasn't for him, I'm sure I wouldn't have my water back on. Thanks again!

Great service! I have a 'tankless water heater' & no one really knew what to do. They sent a guy out to my house that knew EXACTLY what the deal was! Could no recommend them enough.

Horrible customer service! When scheduling, dispatcher said they don't make appointments and basically told me that the technician couldn't wait more than 20/30 minutes for someone to get to our house. So, I rushed over to the house and the technician wasn't even sure of the issue with our water heater. He went and spoke to someone on his phone while smoking a cigarette in his truck and then came out still smoking his cigarette in our garage and said they have to replace the whole water heater and then said you can go ahead and leave because it's going to be a while.... Who even says that???

I've used Rakeman a couple of times and was very pleased both times. Their staff was courteous, prompt and professional. Their prices are competitive so added to the rest of their attributes, I highly recommend Rakeman Plumbing!

This Driver with plates 238A11 does not know how to drive ! Tried to cut me off but when was unable to due to construction and almost rear-ended me ! On top of that he had the audacity to honk at me for not letting him cut me off when he was speeding! No big commercial vehicle should be driving that way especially when advertising the company. Wouldn't ever consider hiring these plumbers because of this incident.

Rakeman has been my number one choice since day one. I am a project coordinator for Titan Solar power and if i ever need a contractor to do any work for our Local Office or Customers home they are my go too! They have done jobs ranging from Thermostat installations, Gas Line add ons, Water line add ons, Water Leaks, Emergency Calls, A/C repairs Etc. This company is sooo unprofessional, the lady that answer the phone in the plumbing department ALL WAYS have a attitude!! I called them on Wednesday for a quote and I still don’t have anything on Friday! I tried calling and the lady with the attitude answers the phone of course unprofessional with an attitude saying she can help me. They are a bad look for the compnay 100% if it was my money I would go else where but it’s the owners money. Smh

I can't say enough good things about Rakeman Plumbing. I own several rental properties here in Las Vegas and need a plumber from time to time. The services they provide are always the best and I have never had to have them come back to re-fix anything. The diagnose the problem and resolve it quickly. I have used them on Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, and Thanksgiving as nothing I own ever seems to break down during normal business hours. They don't take advantage of the situation when problems occur on holidays. They are well prepared and always courteous. They have been around now for more than 20 years that I know of and are great people. Rafael, Corky, Randy and Dawn are superstars when it comes to customer service.

These guys are awesome. After a water heater install from this company.I wanted to find out why the pilot shut down on brand new water heater and get a quote. An old guy came from the company and looked at it and lite the pilot burner. So one would think maybe this is simple task and cost efficient around. I got an bill in the mail from a collections company for $172 to basically light a gas stove. I drove to rakeman plumbing myself and asked what was going on. I paid the $172 to light a gas stove. Talk about knowing right from wrong. I would of lite it for free and asked more business references. Build better business relations.

I called Rakeman because my toilet was leaking water at the base. They got me scheduled for the next day. The plumber arrived on time and was professional. The plumber changed the wax ring and reinstalled the toilet. He checked to make sure there was no leaks before he left. We haven't had any problems since. I would recommend Rakeman Plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumbing company.

I put out some feelers for toilet repair this morning - the toilet quit flushing during the night. Got a response from Rakeman Plumbing within an hour or so, said they could be out today; I hired them.

The techs showed up this afternoon, went about their work efficiently, with consideration for our home, didn't leave a mess, and were done in fairly short order. Repaired flush valves in two toilets, and replaced the fill valve in one. The cost was more than fair.

Rakeman will get my recommendation if anybody asks me.

God forbid if they are coming to your house to fix anything. They will hit everyone on the way there. One of their trucks license number 238A11 cut the person off in front of me to avoid the people stopped in the turning lane. Causing them to slam on their brakes and almost having me ram into the back of the car. Then proceed to almost hit another car less than a mile down the road. Very bad drivers not sure how they do fixing stuff.

This is the second time we have used Rakeman Plumbing, They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and reasonably priced! Our friends also had a great experience with them and we are thankful for this great referral. Do not hesitate to call these people!!!
We woke up to a leaking hot water heater, it is superbowl sunday and we did not expect to get the wonderful service we received. From our morning phone call to HOT water....4 hours. Wow.

Water heater is under warranty and they want to charge me the time it takes them to figure it out what is wrong. When we already know there isnt any hot water. So he left with a water heater unfixed and they want us to sign for a bill and come back tomorrow. So I called the company and asked to speak to the manager or owner and they said her name is Rhonda but they dont know her last name. So I am now waiting for a Rhonda who's last name they dont know to call me back. Terrible!!!!

We had our ac go out when it was over 100 outside. They helped us work with our home warranty to get some of the system covered, which not one company was willing to do, we called 7 places. We had a very knowledgeable tech come out at 10 at night to help us out to get on the books as soon as possible. Jeff was our tech and he worked his tail off for us helping things get moved along and working with the warranty company and keeping us posted with updates. Not to mention he cleaned and fixed any scuffs to the walls from replacing the new system which I really appreciated. I’m very happy we went with these guys they are great.

Used Rakeman Plumbing in 2013 to have tub installed . Called last week for same job. I was told 116 hr + 1/2 hr that's fine , then told will schedule next week however give me your credit card now. I complained , no call back. In this instance Rakeman should have scheduled a time and taken c.c. no problem. DOES NOT SEEM LIKE SAME ONWERSHIP AS THE RAKEMAN OF OLD. PS. FOUND BETTER PLUMBER.

Do not use this company, they will not do the work that is needed and will steal your money. Do not ever give them or anyone your credit card before the work is done. They did not complete the work but still billed for work that was not done. Save yourself the headache and use a credible plumber because these are not professional plumbers by any means.

Paid $196.02 for a $97.00 part. Total cost with parts and labor $344.77. Rakeman is over priced. We have since found out we could have saved over $150.00 using other companies. Estimate alone was $135.00. Will never use Rakeman again!

Called for a water leak on side of garage. Was pleasantly surprised that the office called me and said they will try and get someone out the day of. Tech called about an hour later and said will he out later in the day. The service tech was to the point and gotnon the issue right away. He was ex Military and learned the trade while serving. Very professional and I appreciated the work that was performed and reasonable price.

I have property's in Las Vegas, unfortunately we don't live there at present. I was using another AC Repair service and was hit with a huge estimate, not more than 7 months after they claimed to have repaired it. I called friends and they told me Rakeman does Air Conditioning and to call them. I called and talked to the owner and he put me through to his service manager. I shared what my tenant told me, and what the other company told me, he offered to come himself and evaluate the situation. Turns out, the other AC company was either incompetent or lying, Rakeman saw the problem, fixed it and saved me over $2500.00!
I was treated fairly, fast, professionally, and more important, like one of the family. Tremendous experience!

Our home had a symphony of plumbing noises, humming bathtub drains, whistling shower heads. They quickly located the problems and came up with reasonable cost solutions. I'll use them again for any plumbing need. We use them for our business too.

Company sucks bad work ,,no communication with customers,,,no pride in the way that they leave their jobs,,, always get a second opinion on anything that's a major repair

We were totally disgusted with this company, we called them because our water heater is under warranty and a technician came was fumbling to work and waited for an hour for a part to be delivered by someone from this company, charged us for 2 hours labor=$300.00 with the guarantee that there is a problem they will fix it again. The next day the same problem happens, the pilot light won't stay lit, so when we call the company again, they will send someone to FIX it and charge us again. The nerve of this company, first of all the technician didn't fix the problem after all. DON'T DON'T use this company, you'll be wasting your money, time and trust.

I never post reviews for anything, but I felt like I had to give these guys a big thank you. I've had a potent sewer smell that sprang up in my restaurant and couldn't get rid of it. I've had at least 4 other plumbers come by and try to solve the issue, but no one seemed to be able to find the source of it. The man they sent, (I believe his name was Michael) was really thorough. He checked every drain and pipe in the store until he found the source and patched it in no time. He even fixed both of our toilets that were acting up while he was at it. Their prices were way better than the other plumbers too. I will definitely be using Rakeman Plumbing from now on. Thanks guys!

I contacted Rakeman Plumbing with an urgent clogged drain at our dental office. They were so helpful and professional setting up the service call, Ashley was great. The technician that came out was kind, informative and efficiently fixed our problem. I appreciate all the wonderful people at Rakeman Plumbing. 3rd time that they got my information then never came never called. The third time they asked us to wait for the call till 8am- 5pm - 30minutes before they come they will call. They did call but only to let us know that they will not make it and reschedule for tomorrow again 8-5pm. Wasted day. We are repeat customers too . Just so sad that they

Very rude operater who hung up on me because i asked questions

My manufactured home's water heater burst today (Saturday) and was flooding, so it was definitely an emergency. I called Rakeman because I had an excellent experience with them in the past, but the woman who whined, I'm only a dispatcher and You'll need to call back on Monday was unacceptably rude, even though as a wheelchair user, I was extremely concerned about the leak. I called another plumber who had the water heater on the truck (something else the Rakeman employee whined about not being prepared for), and they installed my new water heater professionally and pleasantly. Rakeman Plumbing advertises 24 hour emergency service on their website, but they refused to even come to my house to investigate my problem. Thanks Rakeman, I'll avoid your whiny employees in the future, and I will look elsewhere when I need plumbing services.

In 19 years as a Vegas/Henderson resident, homeowner, business owner, consumer advocate, photojournalist and perfectionist, I’ve experienced good and bad contractors. Thousands of Nevada homes were built using Kitec fittings to connect water lines. I ignored years of notices about the defective fittings, the lawsuit, the settlement and ability to get free replacement fittings because I believed my home did not have Kitec. May 2015, a neighbor mentioned that his home was re-plumbed 2 years ago by Rakeman Plumbing and that I could get a free inspection of my home, so I phoned Rakeman. Rocky Gerber knew exactly where to look for the Kitec fittings because his company has re-plumbed many homes in my neighborhood. He made 3 holes in my walls and showed me the Kitec fittings. BOTTOM LINE: Rakeman Plumbing did such a great job, you can’t even tell they were here, despite having made 14 large holes to replace pipes and fittings in 3 rooms of my home. They carefully covered all my furnishings and flooring so nothing was damaged. There were 2 minor “hiccups” along the way but Rakeman rectified them within 1 hour, which impressed me even more because some plumbers are slow to respond after a job is completed. Rocky Gerber, Kristina Williams, Robert Murph, Sergio’s team and the painters put a big smile on my face. Kitec fittings might have failed and flooded my home at any time. The Rakeman team removed all that anxiety. When they repainted my walls I was amazed to see a 100% perfect color match and they left me with extra paint as a free bonus.

I was so impressed with the whole process from the beginning. I had a leak in my front yard from old pipes. The ladies at the office were so polite and informative which helped reduce my stress. They sent JR to assist me and got me a quote the same day. JR walked me through all my options. Two days later JR and Darnell came, fixed the issue, and completed the job in one day! Both gentleman were on time, professional, and did a fabulous job!!! The best part was what I paid was what they quoted to me. No hidden fees.
